I had a great experience from the beginning, with staff being very responsive through the WhatClinic platform and addressing all my questions. At the appointment, I really appreciated the detailed explanation of everything that was done. Dr. Genilson da Silva Neto was very patient with all of my questions, which helped me to understand everything that was going on. The office was very clean and organized, and has a very convenient location for someone visiting Lisbon. I strongly recommend their services!

I was recommended in my home country to undertake an all-in-six treatment. I happened to discuss the recommendation with a friend (Thomas S) who undertook this same treatment with Smart Dental in Andalusia a few months back. I would say that I am a conservative person and that I wouldn't instinctively do dental work abroad. I must admit I was very curious by my friend's feedback. I looked a few other clinics in Benalmadena. I'm not sure why I did this. I think I was naturally attracted by fancy deals and low prices. I had calls with a few clinics and was pressured to make quick decisions, that the deals wouldn't last, that I would lose all my teeth etc.. I just started losing confidence and trust, especially as I wasn't keen on doing dental abroad. My wife inquired on my behalf to gather initial information on the procedure steps and scheduled a call with the clinic director and surgeon. I must say that I had an excellent first impression. Mrs. diana, Mrs. Carmen and Dr. Felix clearly explained all the steps in details and what to expect. I was particularly impressed by how supportive, comforting and understanding the team was.so we decided to head to Spain... I still took the opportunity in Benalmadena to shop around for other dental clinics (again..not sure why). To be honest, I wasn't that impressed with the other local clinics, but it was still good to inquire and kept an open mind. I went ahead with my appointment to Smart Dental. The clinic is modern and clean. The team was organised, welcoming and very attentive in all my appointments. What was particularly interesting is that Smart Dental was the ONLY clinic offering warranty on the surgery, whereas other clinics that I checked only provided warranty on the implants. The clinic team was very clear and transparent at the cost structure, the procedure and material used which made me feel at ease. Understanding how "too good to be true offers" was an eye opener to me and my wife. Dr Felix was extremely professional. The process was completed without any delays or complications. I cannot tell you how happy I am. The only downside I guess what I had difficulty parking and made nervous about being late for my appointments, but on the other hand parking is always challenging. Absolutely fantastic and such professional dentists. My partner called in at 18.50 hrs, only ten minutes before they closed, and explained that he had a tooth infection. Neil was given immediate attention by the receptionist, dental nurse (exceptionally helpful), and was seen after they were closing by the top dentist. Neil had X-rays, and he explained the cause and provided a prescription for antibiotics and painkillers as we are going home early next week to see my own dentist. He also gave him a mobile number that if it flared up over the weekend, he should ring for assistance. He had a filling here approximately 5 years ago, and I am pleased to say the high standards of this practice are still 100%. Thank you all so very much. As for good value, it was free of charge!

I had a great experience at this clinic. Communication was easy via WhatsApp, and Dr. Olga speaks perfect English. The clinic location is in a good area and a nice building. I had gum surgery, and my overall procedure and follow-up were positive. Dr. Olga is very personable and enjoyable.

I live in the U.S. but was travelling to Kyiv several times in 2017 and 2018. During these visits, I received teeth cleanings, fillings, a root canal, and a crown. Every visit and every procedure was professional, friendly, and effective. For me, the service was superior to anything I have had in the United States and at a fraction of the cost. I am currently trying to get more business in Ukraine so that I can return for more dental work!

I'm a nervous patient and avoided going back to the dentist for a long time, recently had work done by Dr Don Mac Auley and just so happy with it. It was such a good experience. I felt no discomfort or pain while the work was being done and none afterwards either. I'm not as nervous about my follow up appointments/check ups now thanks to Don and the team.

Used this dental clinic because a family member had used it, must say from start to finish they are excellent to deal with and the treatment is first class. They don’t do things that are not necessary and give you their opinion and all the options available. I highly recommend anyone to use them as I’m 100% satisfied with the implants I had done and with very little pain. Thank you and worth the trip from the UK and saved a lot too.
