The Medifema clinic is the only clinic that responded. I went on 20 August to look at the possibilities and on 22 August they did the breast implant, a facial correction and on the 29th the are looking at my varicose veins. So, one clinic is taking care of all my requests.

The clinic might seem a bit pricy, but the quality of their zirconium crowns is exceptional. They fit perfectly and look incredibly natural. Definitely worth the investment.

I have missing teeth but I don't want implants. I have been looking for a clinic in Turkey but they keep saying I need implants until I found ASV Medical and said they can do bridges instead of implants. The procedures are explained very well and very responsive every time I have questions via WhatsApp. My hotel is only 5mins from the beach and restaurants like who wants better than that? Free holiday!!! The ASV Medical team are so professional but so friendly at the same time. I felt like I was member of the family to be honest. And the best part was when she handed in the mirror to see my new teeth... I got emotional and can't stop smiling while travelling back to the UK. Thank you ASV Medical Team! The treatment was amazing I really loved the results on my teeth they were broken and on an incline before but after they made them straight and fixed I am so happy with the results as they have fixed my smile also. the staff was so helpful and spoke English so there was no miscommunication and they made my teeth just as I had asked. I would highly recommend.

Over a year ago I had started treatment in Tijuana Mexico and I was supposed to return in 4 months to have implants and crowns put in. I live in California 2 1/2 hour drive from the border, however, things took a turn for the worse with illegal migration building, criminal retaliation shootings kidnapping and so forth I felt uncomfortable returning. So I went online looking for something comparable, quality work that was affordable, I considered Spain because I had been there several times and was listed, so was Costa Rica and I've always wanted to visit it, then I looked up the top recommendations and decided on Clear Choice. I sent a copy of my X-Ray and we were able to come to terms on treatment and pricing. Upon arrival they picked me up at the airport took me to the hotel and picked me and dropped me off for every appointment including another X-Ray from the pharmacy and back to the airport they even offered me transportation to a beautiful beach 3 hours away. I had extensive work done by Doctor Heiner Cubero and I am extremely happy with the outcome. I had 8 implants 2 molar extractions and bone grafts and 23 crowns using top-quality materials, it was almost pain-free. The Doctor did it in two visits and one day of rest in between. Dr. Gadea Ramirez is an exceptionally talented dentist. From my initial consultation and smile analysis, he explained corrective procedures in detail with absolutely no pressure as to what he can do and for how much. I had two implants, three crowns and seven veneers done. My smile wasn't bad to begin with, but now it is amazing. He is an exceptional detail orientated dentist, he wants your teeth to look and feel like perfect teeth. He uses only the best materials available in the USA. His office has the very best and newest dental imaging, x-ray and procedural equipment and his staff are all very friendly and kind. I highly recommend Dr. Gadea to anyone needing or wanting a nice smile or dental surgery completed. I saved so much money over what this would have cost me in the US (and my son is a Dentist !!). Costa Rica is an incredibly beautiful country once you get outside of San Jose. My wife and I spent over two and half weeks and fell in love with the country. We can't wait to go back and we will most likely spend a month there. Pura Vida !!

Visited the clinic on Thursdsay, had the x-ray and the dentist explained the options. We agreed the procedure and I had the 3 crown bridge fixed on the following Wednesday. There was a slight delay on Thursday as the previous patient was late. However tea and biscuits more than made up for it. Also they saw me earlier on Tuesday so I was happy. The procedure went well and I'm pleased with the results. Given the exceptional value for money I wouldn't hesitate to use the clinic again.

I highly recommend Dr. Jehova Rafa without reservation! I have been at dentists around the world due to an accident I had when I was 11 years old. I had a lot of operations until I was 28 years old, but there were still some things to do on my lower jaw. I was looking for a relatively pain-free and affordable treatment. A dentist in Germany suggested implanting gum from my palate to give my lower jaw more stability. Others from the U.S suggested implants or bridges. All this means destroying additional teeth that are basically still healthy. Dr. Jehova Rafa on the other hand suggested veneers and he corrected four teeth within a week.
