My contact with Dra. Meneses and her office staff were prompt and professional and they went beyond my expectations. My appointment was soon, I didn't have to wait, they were very flexible when my appointment worked best for me. I asked for extra information and that was provided quickly. I also saw other testimonials and video comments from her patients- they were very positive. It is a good sign when patients keep returning to their Dentist year after year. This clinic is excellent. I have experience with visiting dentists in many countries. The office was conveniently located a very short walk from the pedestrian border crossing and a staff member met me to show me the way. From the first phone call to walking out the door after my first visit, I was treated with kindness and respect. All of the staff were pleasant, helpful and bilingual. I did not feel rushed. Dr. Chavez was thoughtful, honest, and clear in his explanations for my treatment plan taking the time to make sure I understood the procedures and the pros and cons. The office and treatment rooms were immaculate utilizing the most modern equipment and the doctor and staff followed strict hygiene protocols. I had minor procedures, a cleaning, filling and diagnostic x-rays, and will follow up with more extensive procedures. TIP: If you are walking across the border and have global entry/ SENTRI, don’t forget your card. Walking back is a little tricky. I finally asked someone who looked like they knew. Stay to the left of the main line and continue to walk to the border gates. The locals expect this and most importantly there are NO signs to guide you. Border crossings are all a little different and that’s how it’s done at Nogales.

I have a big treatment at The East Rose Dental in April 2023. ALL on 4 Zygoma implant on upper arch and 12 zirconia crowns on the lower. After 2 weeks and I my Hollywood smile which I cannot afford at my country. I love my new smile so much. I can smile to everyone now. I am so happy. "I am so thankful for the excellent care I have been given at Dental Design Studio in Cancun. I traveled from Chicago to get treatment because the cost of treatment was about 30% of the prices I found in Chicago. The doctors and staff are experts in their field, have impressive credentials, and are completely patient and compassionate. The anesthesiologist was excellent as well. The office staff pretty much held my hand through arranging travel. The office employs a driver who provided transportation from the airport to my hotel and back, and also provided transportation to and from every appointment here. He saw me from my hotel into the office each time which made me feel very safe and was much appreciated, especially after I had anesthesia. I was also provided transportation to a pharmacy and given assistance with making sure I could buy the right medications I needed. Dental Design Studio has gone above and beyond to take good care of me and I am grateful for each person who works there. If you are looking for affordable, top-notch dental care, do not hesitate to contact them. In the future, I will be making sure my relatives and friends consider this excellent alternative to the much more expensive dental care in my area.

Fantastic from start to finish. Where do I start, I arranged via email and negotiated price the dentist even arranged for me to be picked up from our hotel. My son and myself both had work done to a very high standard and if we are in Turkey again we will be getting more work done thats for sure. Very polite even though English was not her first language. The premises were spotless clean air conditioned and very welcoming. Worth every penny and please feel free go check it out for yourself at a fraction of the cost of the UK.

VERY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE. Dr Barba was very informative. He explained everything in detail and made sure I understood everything about the procedure. I felt very comfortable and at ease with him. I had 4 implants and he made my existing plate into a temporary arch. It was nice that Dr Barba and my dentist at home talked on the phone and worked together. My home dentist will continue with the follow up care and is going to make my permanent arch. Dr Barba picked up my friend and I in Brownsville and brought us to Mexico. I felt very safe. I highly recommend Dr Barba, very informative, efficient and a job well done.

Dentally gave me one of the best dental experiences I have had till date. The doctors and the staff were very helpful and are experts at what they do. They were available on call at all times for my questions. The clinic is top-notch and cleanliness and sterilization are the best I have ever seen. Would recommend this clinic to anyone without any doubt.

I went to the clinic from Italy for a root canal treatment and whitening. Dr Laura Olariu was absolutely fantastic, the service was excellent too. Overall, I am very happy and will come back!
