The employees were interested, I was really nervous the doctors were helping me to relax. I was not faced with a problem about English, there was not any question left in my mind. Before the operation, the expert doctor explained the whole procedure, I asked all my questions and he/she responded. I'm overjoyed. Thank you everyone!!! You took care of me very well.

About 1 month ago when I reached Dr.Cem's clinic, I knew I needed surgery, but I was very scared. Zeynep, the coordinator of the clinic, explained every detail to me. Since she has undergone the surgery herself, she can see it from the patient's perspective and tell you the truth. When I decided to have the surgery and arrived at the airport, I realized that I had made the right decision by choosing them. Fantastic experience with Novemed, from the moment I contacted John he welcomed me and support me every step of the way. The team checked in with me on the morning of my flight and looked after me from the moment I landed in Istanbul. Private transport was amazing to and from air port and hospital and hotel. The surgeon and translator greeted me upon my arrival, supporting me every step off the way, surgeon reassuring me when I was nervous. Every single member of staff went above and beyond to ensure I was safe, well and comfortable. Dieticians ensured I had everything I needed for my time in hotel and once home. Hello from the UK, first I should say I'm so thankful to Apera clinic. I've been through a lot recently all these quarantines and lockdowns caused me depression and I started to eat a lot. I was never satisfied with my body in my life and it starts to be even worst since last year so this time I decided to be brave and go through this change. I was so nervous that I didn't have any companion but thanks to Apera team they were with me from the very beginning to last minute. Hospital was so clean and first class, friendly nurses and team and best after operation support service. They do not advertise enough of their service but trust me I had the best hospital experience and hotel was very clean and nice so happy that I made the right choice. I had my surgery ten days ago and this was so easy no pain and I started to walk immediately after the operation 5 days later I started to work again but you do not have to wait, after 5 days you can start to work again. Now I lost weight and this continues. I feel happy since then.

Hey this is Angie from US, before I came to Turkey, I was nervous about getting this treatment. Whether you get in US or Turkey, the procedure is still risky. But the price difference between two country is considerable. Therefore, I would suggest people to do your homework very well. Do your reasearch and read as much as information to understand the whole process. Firstly, I understand that Turkey has a solid infrastructure in health industry and generally their services are good. But you never know what inside of the orange without peel of. I've choose Clinic Center and found them in google and check out their comments. I was satisfied what I've read and made my decision and got my surgery. Every step was under the control of the clinic. Staff in hospital and the doctor was so helpful. I';m now 5 weeks out and already lost 40lbs. I'm very happy about my decision, I know it will change my life forever. Thanks the clinic center and the staff for everything. Have a good one!

I have already suggested multiple people from UK and I’ve only been back day!!!. That’s how happy I was with the level of service, care and honesty provided to me along my personal journey. First class care and above from the team at united clinics and lovely Ayşe who was my personal patient consultant. I travelled alone from UK for my surgery and knew I would be well looked after, after reading all the reviews from other patients. I certainly researched for a very long time before going ahead with making my choice. My surgeon was Prof Dr Erol Demirseren and I could not be happier with the results. I had no pain except discomfort for a day or so which I expected. I stayed in private hospital with my own room and bathroom for 2 nights and then moved to a beautiful hotel for 3 nights. I was well looked after and if you are nervous as I was, then please be assured that they are with you every step of the way throughout your journey. Ayşe was holding my hand right up to me being taken into theatre. I cannot rate highly enough with my experience and I hope my review helps others wishing to make their medical journey. The reviews I was reading certainly reassured me before I booked!

I went to Turkey in September 2023. I had gastric sleeve surgery the day after my arrival, and my surgery went well. The staff was amazing; nurses, cleaners and even surgeons; We should not forget the wonderful coordinators. Irem took care of me from the first minute to the last minute. I did my own research and went to BHT and I am very pleased. They are definitely 10/10.

Ich hatte kürzlich eine Schlauchmagen-Operation in Antalya. Gefunden habe ich die Aytclinic über Google. Ich forderte Info Material an und erhielt in kürzester Zeit einen Kontakt per WhatsApp mit Hülya. Sie hat mich kompetent beraten und nahm mir mit ihrer offenen herzlichen Art meine noch vorhandene Unsicherheit. Es ist wirklich von Anfang an alles gut gelaufen. Von der Beratung durch Hülya, über Transfer und Begleitung im Krankenhaus bis zur Abreise wurde ich erstklassig betreut. Meine Betreuerin Hülya sprach sehr gut deutsch und war bei allen Untersuchungen dabei, bis zur OP und auch direkt danach. Sie war jederzeit, 24/7 ansprechbar und hat alles geregelt. Einen ganz besonderen Dank an Sie. Mir geht's jetzt, 3 Wochen Post-OP echt sehr gut, dass hätte ich nicht erwartet! Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team der Ayt Klinik für eure großartige Arbeit!

I had a nose job in Antalya a few months ago. At first, I was unsure about having something like this done abroad. However, I heard about Medhera Health through a good friend. From the first phone call to the operation, everything went smoothly. Medhera was always there when I needed something, took care of everything and was a huge help to me on-site. I am very grateful for that !! And regardless of the great service, the result was incredibly good. I can only recommend it to everyone and would do it again with Medhera Health at any time.

12.5/10 - Fantastic Experience, Great Coordinator, Nurses and Hospitality staff! Asuman is the greatest coordinator! I went to turkey to have gastric sleeve surgery (weight loss option). My coordinator was the nicest, respectable, reliable, politest, generous, helpful, kind, pro-active, efficient person I've ever met! (besides the women in my family) overall great/perfect coordinator. She was extremely helpful throughout the whole process from start to end in which I am extremely grateful for. I stayed in the Radisson Blue hotel which was amazing, clean, lovely views, good lighting with 5 stars customer service. I stayed in turkey for 8 nights and checked into Medical Park Hospital on the 2nd day in which all my medicals such as blood tests, scans etc was taken. The next day was surgery day, I was greeted in the morning by the surgeon who was very polite, kind and professional, he talked me through everything. After the surgery going very well, I was left in care with the nurses who were very very attentive, kind, warming and hard working. Even though I was in a lot of pain and frustrated after the surgery, the nurses understood and were very helpful and were very kind and very respectful. My hospital room was spacious clean, stylish and comfortable. After spending a couple of days recovering in the hospital I returned back to the hotel where I was greeted by Rana and other nurses who were all extremely lovely, helpful and all had great/positive energy. Overall I would rate this Gastric Sleeve experience 12.5/10. Thank you.

I had my mini gastric bypass in April but unfortunately had some complications. The many many pre-op assessments didn't show anything was wrong. The surgeons saved my life due to their knowledge and experience. This hospital is the most amazing place. It is spotlessly clean with well-trained staff. The nurses attended me every time I needed and they couldn't do enough to ensure I was comfortable. The surgeons came to see me every day and check my health and encourage me when I was down. My husband was with me and he was fed 3 meals a day without fail and he had a comfortable bed beside me. I cannot recommend this hospital enough. I can assure you will get the best treatment from all the staff from surgeons to auxiliary staff. I will definitely be choosing this hospital for skin surgery.
