I had sleeve gastrectomy surgery and my family members had eclipse balloons. It was a wonderful experience for us with the whole medical team led by Professor Ali, Nurse Sude, translator Mohammed, Ali Musthapa and nurses at Ward 3. They've been very meticulous and professional in attending to our medical needs. I would recommend their services to anyone who needs such professional medical attention and hygiene at very affordable prices. 😀

I had my gastric sleeve surgery exactly 1 month ago. I am very satisfied with the clinic and especially with Dr. Barış and my coordinator Ömer. I was well-informed about everything. I felt very safe during my stay in the clinic with the team’s professional manner. Dr. Barış was very friendly and the clinic was very clean and modern. I had my surgery 2 days ago at this clinic. Everything went so smoothly from the airport pick up, hotel stay and pick up to the surgeons and a special shout out to senna who made everything better, she was there throughout the whole process, met me at the hospital door, came with me to the tests and explained everything. Dr Derici was my surgeon and was so friendly and attentive. Highly recommend.

I came to Apera in August for a gastric sleeve, and I honestly cannot thank the whole team enough, from the drivers to the hotel staff to the hospital staff and most importantly the doctors and nurses the level of care is impeccable. Slight language barrier at times but nothing that couldn’t be resolved and translators were around. The level of testing pre-op and the care post-op were fabulous and I will be forever thanks to Apera it’s changed my life I’m happier in my body, healthier and nearly at my goal target. I had a boob job & my overall experience at vanity was great! Most importantly I'm delighted with my results so far! Everyone that was dealing with me was lovely. Dr Ozgur Hurkal was friendly & professional most importantly he is a pro at his job! I did give him a nickname "the boobie god". I was looking for the "bigger the better" size & not many places would do it...but at Vanity Dr Ozgur Hurkal was confident to achieve what I was looking for! Emily and Ayla were super friendly, welcoming and easy to talk to. I was in a lot of pain after my surgery which I didn't anticipate but the girls & doctor reassured me throughout my recovery that it was all normal and there is nothing to worry about. I was able to whatsapp Emily & Ayla at any stages and ask any questions I had & they got back to me ASAP it was nice to feel that they care about you & to get the reassurance needed. I'm now 12weeks after the surgery & I'm really happy with my boob job. Thank you the Vanity team!!!

I am so happy that choose SAM Patient Services, they offer and do deliver excellent service. In fact they have exceeded my expectations. From the very first communication, representative Berfin, was my rock and got me through this process. Arranging Transfer to/from airport in the private car, checking in and out of the hotel, arranging accompanying me in every singe appointment in clinic and offering translation when needed and making sure I was taken to the room and meeting my Surgeon Dr Serhat Buldur and the Anaesthetist, and even visiting me in hospital bringing me water and juices, displaying care and attention. My every single question was answered before and after. I felt confident all the way. If I ever need another procedure, I will most definitely will use SAM Patient Services again and again.

Communication with the clinics united team from just enquiring to after surgery is second to none! Amazing! They are there every step of the way. The girls are so so lovely. The hospital staff and the driver are all so lovely my husband was with me and received communication and meals and a bed to be near me at all times. My surgeon prof dr Erol Dimereson is a very kind and reassuring man. His assistant (sorry don't know his name) is fantastic with his post op care always checked on me several times a day and even visited me at the hotel once I left the hospital. He is brilliant. Wow wow wow I use to suffer from sleep apnea and I was obese Sezen and Dr Metin were amazing I’m so glad I found them I also had a hernia which Dr. Metin fixed for me. All the staff were amazing. I got the gastric sleeve surgery. I was 115KG now I’m 80kg my sleep apnea is gone and it’s loads of energy thanks, guys ❤️

I've had gastric sleeve surgery back in October 2020 operated by Dr Bora Koc. Fatih who was my coordinator was very friendly, professional and informative from the beginning, any enquiries I had were answered immediately. My stay at the hospital was lovely.
