Where do start with review. I have recommended Apera to friends as I know how well I was looked after throughout my operation and aftercare. Unfortunately, we have heard some sad news about women going to Istanbul for the operation but lost their lives as they have gone to unknown doctors who are not registered. In my case, I always make a point when telling others that Apera Health Group looked after me from when I arrived till I was ready to go home. It's been one of the greatest experiences that has saved me and made me much happier in my life. 5-star treatment all the way, and I have reached my target weight. I have recently had 2 Alcon Panoptix trifocal lenses fitted in my eyes along with 5 tooth implants. The service given by SAM patient services was of the highest calibre. Everything was done seamlessly. The surgeons were excellent and I felt at ease the whole time. I would recommend these to anyone.

Communication from start to finish was excellent. Sandra at AYT was helpful, friendly and had a great sense of humour. She eased my anxieties about the Allurion balloon and allowed for me to enjoy the break in Turkey. The surgeon was fluent in English, had an excellent set up and was thorough. It was half the price of the UK procedure and included the hotel stay and transport too. I paid for my flights and an additional few days in Antalya. The hotel chosen was comfortable and welcoming and overall a good experience. Would definitely consider for any private procedures in the future.

Gastric Sleeve. Bridge Health Travel have the most amazing lady Irem who in my opinion is the heart and soul of Bridge Health Travel. Her customer service is beyond the expected levels. Every question from the first port of contact to continuing support post op is dealt with effectively and quickly. The surgeon was knowledgeable and checked in several times pre and post op. Hospital staff were friendly and helpful. As a whole I can’t fault my experience. I’m only just over a week post op so far no regrets and glad I used Bridge Health Travel as part of my journey.

Highly recommend. I had a gastric ballon six months ago. I lost 20 kg with the support and great advices from Dietitian Nur. Dr Kaplan is a very good doctor with huge experience and always want the best option for patient. It was a good experience. Also good value for money.
