I am a digital nomad from the United States, living and working in Latin America for two years. My friends had received braces from Esthetic Dent, and I went in for a consultation. I decided to get braces. For 2 years I flew to Bogota every month for an update. At the end of the process, my teeth were perfect. The total cost was around $2,000 not including traveling expenses. Olga the owner speaks English which makes the process perfect for Americans. A lot of the customers are American. The office is impeccable, the service and the results are either on-par or better than what you can get in the United States, at 500% cheaper in my case. Bogota is a very easy city to fly to from the United States, and many neighbourhoods are extremely safe. Stay around Parque 93 which is an upscale neighborhood but is cheap compared to USA living prices. And you can easily walk to the Esthetic Dent office. Download Google Translate and become good at using it. That’s all you need. If you’ve ever heard of medical tourism, it’s an extremely common and highly reputable service if you know quality companies and Esthetic Dent is one of them.

Dr. Aguero and his absolutely competent associates are a joy to deal with and are professional, affable, and intent on making your visit as pleasant and pain-free as possible. The price in Guadalajara versus the cost in the US is mind-blowing, plus their equipment is all state-of-the-art. I may have been apprehensive before coming to Mexico, but I found the experience in the clinic exceptional. The Mexican people friendly, and Guadalajara Centro most engaging, and of course what else is there to be said about genuine Mexican cuisine (AY CARAMBA!). I find Flynns Dental Care professional and very caring. It would not take you long to get the feeling that the patient comes first. The staff are so nice and keep everything calm and relaxed all while presenting a very high level of professionalism. The facilities have a high standard of cleanliness. There is a nice waiting room with a TV and magazines to keep you occupied while you wait although I don’t think I have waited longer than 10-15 minutes. The dentist I go to is Dr Ciara Drummond AKA Dr Ciara. I have a phobia of dental clinics. Because of this I have been to a lot of dentists, and I must admit the majority have been very nice, but Dr. Ciara is way ahead of anyone I have been to. She has a very calming deminer. Let’s you know what is happening. She explains the procedure about to be carried out, all while making sure you do not feel anxious or overwhelmed. I have been going to Flynns Dental Care for several years now and I would highly recommend them. I was impressed as I walked into that high class looking clinic. The staff is very professional and Dr. Pena is a sweetheart and he is true to his work and patients. Dr. Pena made the procedure of my upper and lower bridges with 6 and 4 implants look natural and pain-free. I did a lot of comparison shopping in an effort to find a cure for the long-lasting dental issues I had. I looked for affordable dental clinics in Europe, and to my surprise Vedra clinic was at the top of the list of the best dental clinics in Bulgaria. I'm a live testament to that, and I'll use it in this review. I had a mouth full of problems, such as exposed roots, worn crowns, gum disease, and tooth decay. I first sent pictures and x-rays, and I received a treatment plan and price. It took me two trips and extensive endodontic work on my teeth to have 26 teeth capped. Thanks to the dentist, who has a well-rounded experience I was able to leave Bulgaria with a big white smile! Kudos Vedra, you rock!
