Exceptionally good service and personal care provided by Dr Arzu and her team. Dr Arzu is meticulous in all aspects of her work ensuring that her patient is comfortable at all times. The standard of hygiene in the clinic is very high, there are even shoe coverings at the front door to put over your shoes before entering, so probably best not to wear flipflops, as I did. Over two appointments I had one root canal, two zirconium crowns prepped and fitted and one white filling done with no pain just the usual numbness for a couple of hours afterwards from the anaesthetic. Dr Arzu is an ethical dentist who will discuss your needs and agree a plan before starting - sometimes with the aid of a translate app to ensure everything is clearly understood. A notable and welcomed point is that Dr Arzu only does white fillings, she does not use amalgam unlike the UK where it is the norm. I highly recommend Arzu Smile Clinic as a forward thinking, state of the art dental clinic situated in Turgutreis. Romi, Dr. Yusuf and all the staff were so helpful, polite, and professional, nothing was to much trouble. The clinic was easy to find and very clean and tidy. I will share my pictures once I’ve completed my transition but I want to first say - I flew from the US to see doctor Paulino because his work astronomical. He is dedicated and passionate about his dentistry and his surgical skills on the face. Fanny- that’s my friend. I really felt like I worked there in the days passing of my surgery. He called daily. Has very soft temperament. His office is clean and nice. I give him, his practice, his staff a 10/10 and I will post pictures later of the work he has done for me but when I tell you I will pop out. A little is always enough to make confidence sexy again. I will translate in Spanish for most of his clients but push thru US and show him some love ❤️
