I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a seamless journey from the airport to the hotel and to the clinic. The whole process went exceptionally smoothly, thanks to an amazing team who really went above and beyond. The level of helpfulness and friendliness of the team was remarkable. From the moment I arrived, I felt well taken care of. I was at the clinic for a dental implant (single stage) and I must say that the doctors demonstrated a high level of competence. Their expertise and professionalism was evident throughout the procedure. I am really pleased with the overall experience and positive outcome of the dental implant. I had a great experience at my dentist Istanbul Dis AKADEMISI, the staff were very friendly and my dental work was pain free and administered with care. I had both jaws all on six treatment with West Dental Turkey. My implants healed really nicely, they were always in contact with me during the healing of the implants. I went back 4 months after to get the crowns fitted. When I saw the final result, I was in shock and in tears. I am so so happy with the result. I think back of the times when I was always ashamed of my smile, and regret not getting it done earlier. I also have to thank all the staff at the clinic, they were always with me from start to finish. My flight was landing reaaally early in the morning but they were at the airport for me with my name written in their hand. And all dentists and staff were very helpful. I thank each of them from the bottom of my heart.

After a very long search to find a good dentist, I have had many quotes from different clinics but the majority of them offered me a dental package, that included flights and very attempting accommodation, like 5 stars hotels, but I wasn't sure that these packages are the best option for me as they never mentioned the names of the doctors that will be treating me. As an anesthetist doctor, I was keen to find an experienced professional dentist, that has very good credentials, which I think is the most important information anyone needs to know before proceeding with treatment. I finally have made my choice to be under the care of Dr. Cem Baysal, who is in my opinion the best dentist I ever met. Both he and his staff were very accommodating, his clinic is very clean and spotless. After a 3D scan, he discussed all the options and explained everything in detail. His English is perfect so no communication problem, he managed to find time to do my 3 implants on the same day, even though he was very busy. I had 3 implants under local anesthetic with no pain and no complications. He is very professional, very caring, and quick at delivering the treatment with the best results expected. He also will try to save one of my tooth which, which my dentist in the UK suggested that it has to be removed. Dr. Cem Baysal you're such a wonderful doctor and you always make me feel so safe. You are a perfect combination of responsibility and care. Thank you for taking care of me so delicately. I am looking forward to seeing you again after a four months period to complete my treatment.

I have recently had 2 Alcon Panoptix trifocal lenses fitted in my eyes along with 5 tooth implants. The service given by SAM patient services was of the highest calibre. Everything was done seamlessly. The surgeons were excellent and I felt at ease the whole time. I would recommend these to anyone.

The driver pick me up from the hotel to attend the appointment and dropped me off the hotel after the appointment. I have 7 teeth exacted and 9 implants done. The operation went well so far despite the pain. I can't wait to go back to have my Permanent crowns done this October. I would be pleased if Umut Dental Clinic could pay me some money to cover the cost of my hotel accommodation and airport transfer for my first visit.

When I was looking for implants I normally look for a specialist in that field and I came across Dr Volkan Keraby. I sent him my previous scan that I had and he suggested 3 implants and 2 extractions. But what I found from Dr Volkan was that he was not interested in just extracting my other teeth and putting implants in but he was genuinely interested in my well being. Price and the type of implants was discussed and he suggested using a megagen which is the one he would recommend for my mouth I flew out from Manchester (England) to Istanbul on 1st March and he performed 2 implants on the 2nd March and there was no pain felt before and after the surgery and also he did two extractions and because one tooth had an infection an implant could not be performed on that teeth. The next day his dedicated team performed a root canal to save my other teeth. All I can say Dr Volkan is extremely professional and a specialist in his field and knows exactly what he is doing and you are in capable hands. Even his team members are knowledgeable and extremely friendly. I would not hesitate in recommending him his team and his clinic. If anyone wishes to contact me to share my experience call me. I had extensive dental work done at Esnan in Istanbul and my teeth were not in line as well as my bite. I sent photos to lots of dentists and they all told me the same that they were done wrong and needed to be done again. So I went with Cadde dentist and you can imagine I was very apprehensive but all I can say is thank you to all the staff at Cadde they work I had done is perfect and I would gladly recommend them to anybody. And to anybody thinking of getting their teeth done please just go to Cadde and it will save you alot of heartache and money.

Last summer I came up with the idea of having the treatment and the perfect vacation at the same time. I had my veneers done almost in one week whilst I was enjoying my holidays. Unfortunately, when I came back home I realized that somehow I got unpleasant and painful sensitivity in some of my teeth. That was a moment when I was asking myself whether it had been a good idea to have teeth done from far away from your city. I got in touch with doctor Özgür about my problems. He recommended being patient and waiting because usually, it should pass some time after the treatment before the teeth come back to their normal condition. And I waited and kept communicating with Özgür who supported me all the time. And after a while I felt better indeed. But when I understood that some of my lower teeth are still sensitive and there is no point to wait anymore I decided to be back to "Özgür Yıldırım aesthetic dentistry" to replace these veneers. And so I did. The veneers replacement was covered by warranty and finally, my problem has gone! I would like to note, that even if you have the treatment done in your city, there is no guarantee that the clinic and a doctor will be ready to fix some of your problems by warranty, as it is a very arguable thing. So I appreciate Dr Özgür and his wonderful team for everything! Thank you guys!
