The clinic contacted me quickly and offered an appointment- a car was sent to the hotel and Heidi was there to greet us. On arrival you are asked to wear shoe protectors to avoid any cross-contamination I had an OPG panoral X-ray taken and a quick examination this cost £20. I said I had a molar tooth where the composite had worn away and needed renewing and the dentist confirmed - there was no decay and it was one surface of the tooth - occlusal and I was told this would cost £80 this was due to new pricing fixed by the government (the price would be the same if I had needed an injection, my tooth had been decayed and if the filling covered several surfaces and needed built up using clamps ie a more time-consuming procedure) I was also offered a scale and polish for £80 which I declined. My oral health is pretty good and as there is very little plaque my dentist at home would normally do this in with the price of a filling. The filling I had was what I would expect done in the UK - the previous composite was removed and re-etched then a new composite inserted using ultraviolet light to set the filling. Quick and painless. I asked to have my X-ray emailed to me which they did straight away and Heidi brought us back to the hotel and was even kind enough to drop us off at a pharmacy on the way back. I would definitely use this practice again. Clean and efficient and most of all informative every step of the way.

This was the absolute best dental treatment and experience I have had and stands head and shoulders above any treatment I have received in Canada in regards to the service, experience, quality of work, and cost. Not only this, but the staff were very efficient, informative, and friendly right from greeting you to getting to work within five minutes of arriving versus visiting a dentist in Canada who has you sit in the waiting room for 20 to 40 minutes before moving you to another room waiting for the dentist for another 15 to 30 minutes before starting the assembly line dental work. Neo Clinic offers you water, tea, or coffee, then within 5 to 10 minutes have you being evaluated, having x-rays taken, mapping out a plan of procedure and then explaining why they are recommending what they are doing and possible alternatives that you and the dentist can discuss. In terms of the office, it was modern and very clean, and even a large TV on the ceiling you can watch while your procedures are being done. I also felt very safe in the area of Cancun where the office is located, they even have a staff member to help you get the office or pick you up and drop you off if needed at no additional cost. The treatment I had completed was two root canals, some fillings, and a crown repair that had failed from previous work completed in Canada, to add to this the dentist explained what was going on and let me know that she would be using the best filling materials available to get a great colour match and a long-lasting result and all of this at a cost that is at least 50 to 60% less than what I would get in Canada. I was so happy with the Dentists and all the other support staff that I asked for six business cards that I will be giving to any of my friends who are in need of some dental work. I have in fact already recommended Neo Clinic to three people since returning from my visit to Neo Clinic in December 2023 and will continue to do so. I just completed my Invisalign treatment here and I am thrilled with the results and the experience that I have had. Dr. Fabio Maltese is an extremely competent dentist. He immediately put me at ease and explained in detail how he would proceed. I am so happy to have found such a qualified dentist. I have searched for years to locate a dentist, in Rome, with serious credentials and the ability and training to take care of my dental health. A real plus is his fluency, in English.

From the first phone call with Luis to the many calls with Danya, this dental office was the best dental experience I have ever had. The dentist who did the root canal and the dentist who fixed my dentures and did a crown everyone was so friendly. I would recommend this office to anyone seeking to have dental work outside of the US. This office was just a short walk from the Marina.

I have spoken with the amazing English speaking team of Uncali Dental Clinic. They explained everything about the treatment before my travel. When you at the clinic you feel at home. Everyone is really friendly and inviting you for their delicious lunch made by their own cook. All the dentists are really friendly and professional, too. The clinics in the UK can learn something from this team.
