From acquiring information from the patient coordinators and translator, booking the appointment, to organising everything, the driver, hotel staff, hospital staff, nurses, and of course the doctor himself—Dr. Caner Kaçmaz, and his team were nothing but friendly, professional, and most importantly very knowledgeable. I can 10000% say they know what they are doing and I felt safe and in good hands! I recently underwent breast surgery, and I would like to share my positive experience.

The consultation with my plastic surgeon Dr Toncic was comprehensive and informative.

 On the day of the surgery, the medical team provided exceptional care and support. The facility in the clinic in Zagreb was clean and modern. The anesthesiologist ensured my comfort and safety throughout the procedure, and the nursing staff was attentive .

The recovery process was smoother than I anticipated, thanks to the detailed post-operative instructions provided by my surgeon.

My breasts look natural, symmetrical, and in perfect proportion to my body.

Outstanding!! Where do I even start!  Catchlife came recommended to me by a friend who had been the previous year, this really helped in making my decision for my surgery (tummy tuck & liposuction) as there are so many companies in Antalya & Istanbul, how do you make the right choice? Word of mouth is always are great start.  After doing further research I decided to bite the bullet and choose to go with Catchlife.  Veronica my co ordinator from catchlife was always on hand to answer any questions throughout the whole process, she always checked on my progress whilst I was in Antalya and even now when I'm back home in the UK recovering.  From arriving in Turkey everything is taken care of which really eases the nerves, you immediately feel like you in safe hands and relax.  You are picked up by the catchlife chauffeur and taken to all the places you required to go (hotel, hospital appointments, airport) all you have to do is wait to be collected. In my experience an amazing coordinator called Mari was by my side for all my hospital appointments and even when I went down for surgery and woke up from surgery, It honestly felt like I had friends with me.  My surgeon was Dr. Bahadır Çelik. I'm literally overwhelmed by him, in my consultation he listened to my concerns and to what my expectation was, he then explained how this would be achieved. He put me as ease as soon as he walked in the room as he made me feel he cared and that I was his only ever patient.  After my surgery, I was discharged the next day back to my hotel where I was seen by the extremely lovely nurse Batu! I had all the post op worries but checked on me and he reassured me all was we, Again I immediately felt calm. I'm back in the UK recovering and the support hasn't stopped even now! A lovely lady named Wema has been In touch and explained she will be supporting me through all my aftercare needs.  I'm really happy with my results so far and I 100% made the right choice choosing Catchlife to be a part of this journey with me.  Look no further these are the people you should choose to change your life.

Overall a great experience. From the consultation to the procedure I felt like a patient rather than a client. I feel everything was explained clearly and everything went on time. It was my first such procedure so I can not compare. But overall I had a great experience and I would highly recommend this surgeon & clinic.

I am very impressed with all their work since we arrived everything has been beyond what I expected, from the driver to the nurses and doctors, everyone gave me an exceptional experience, my surgery was 1 month ago and even though I was nervous they relaxed me and take care of me more than I was expecting. I first in enquired about gynecomastia Surgery in February and i had Brilliant Communication from then right up until I went for the surgery in March. I had my stomach surgery in March 2022, I was so happy I met Dr Bali, he is really trusty person and you go to surgery in relax way, he and his team are really care. The hospital was clean and perfect, his visit for after surgery was so caring and relaxing, I suggest him to anyone because his work was really good! Please don’t forget to follow his instructions after surgery, it really help a lot!

Dr Safa Manav, I would highly recommend him. Amazing service was thorough and clear throughout the pre-operation process. The work carried out by Dr Safa Manav on my nose is better than I could have expected this would include my breast uplift, and my mother's face Lift. I have been looking for a good surgeon and I was happy to have chosen Dr Safa and his Assistant Canan who is extremely friendly and professional and looks after patients before and after surgery. 3 years ago I had a rhinoplasty with Dr Onsal. It's not an easy decision there are lots of opinions, doctors etc. I found him by a friend's recommendation. I couldn't trust everyone. I checked his background, Instagram, reviews. It was the best decision I made ever. I wish to do it before. Especially he listens to details carefully, because some doctors mention only his expectations. I am doing it for myself not for someone. I suggest everyone. Amazing experience!

I cannot emphasize enough how highly I recommend Dr. Afet. Her meticulous attention to detail shines through in her work.
