I had an amazing experience at Dr Unal’s clinic, The consultation was comprehensive the doctor was very informative and the treatment went so well. Dr Unal is highly professional at her job and made me feel in very safe hands, the nurse's team were so kind and helpful. My gynaecologist to go for going forward. Her clinic is all-in-one for me from gynaecological care to gyne consultations and treatments, and she uses very high-quality products like ZO medical skin care and really good quality fillers like Radisse. I am highly impressed by the high standard of work ethics and care, the clinic is situated in an amazing area with a shopping centre and many restaurants nearby that are worth visiting, An additional plus is that the doctor is fluent in English so there are no need for Translator, and the agent on WhatsApp was very helpful in all aspects of information and booking the visit to Clinic via WhatsApp, I would not hesitate to recommend Dr Unal, I am in love!! Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

I went to the London clinic and was super happy with tori Berndt my nurse at the clinic. She does Treatment for Wrinkles and fillers for me, and the treatment was very secure and knowledgable. I live in London and that makes it very easy for me. The staff is wonderful and the prices are very good. Also the give you deals as a regular client.

I had my surgery on 9th at 1.30pm. It took around 5 hours to have full vaginal rejuvenation, breast implants (350cc textured Mentors over the muscle) and lipo on my flanks. Dr Ashok did my lipo for free to balance my figure! I had a real attack of nerves the night before and considered cancelling the whole thing, I was convinced it was all going to go wrong! I met with Dr Ashok, the morning of my surgery at 9.30 am. I had been speaking to him for nearly a year via phone and email. I felt very comfortable with him immediately and sure that he already knew exactly what I was looking for. The Medeor hospital in Dubai was really clean and my room was gorgeous. The nurses were so kind to me, helped me with everything before and after the surgery. Going into the theatre was nerve-wracking but again the nurses and Anesthesiologist were very kind. When I came out of surgery I was in the recovery room for around an hour, my husband came and said hi to me there, but I was still quite groggy! I was taken to my luxury bedroom at about 7 pm to stay over for the night. I wasn't in any pain at all and felt positive about my surgery. I struggled to sleep because I started to feel a little anxious about my surgery results and also being in a foreign country in a hospital on my own (I travelled from the UK to Dubai for surgery). The nurses brought me tea, juices, water and my dinner were really nice too). They checked on me and chatted with my regularly which made the whole process pleasant and easy. In the morning once I had eaten breakfast, the nurse told me if I wanted to I was able to stand and go to the bathroom to brush my teeth and wash my face. The first time I stood up I felt a little sick and clammy but managed to brush my teeth and then got back into bed (12 hours after surgery I was up and walking!), I decided to try again so that I could wash my face and try to beautify a little, ok not beautify but maybe a little moisturiser! The second time I got up I felt a lot easier on my feet and put some moisturiser on, my eye cream, sorted my hair out and got back into bed again. Dr Ashok visited me at around 10 am, to check on my results and showed me a picture of my vagina, I nearly cried! I couldn't believe it was me, It was even better than I could have imagined, really so beautiful! He said everything looked like it was doing well and I was allowed to go back to my hotel, I arranged to see him in a few days but we would stay in contact by email and I would send regular pictures to check my healing was on track. I was discharged, given my medications and my Husband came and picked me up, I had around a 30-minute taxi ride to my hotel, which was fine although I was really looking forward to being in bed and resting. I should mention my pain was managed with paracetamol throughout which was absolutely fine! I rested all day yesterday but did manage to get up and have some tea in the Cafe. I had dinner in bed! My chest felt very heavy when I got up, but not terribly painful, my vaginal rejuvenation hasn't hurt at all, I've had vaginal tightening, clitoral hood work, perineum work and fat grafting and the healing is really easy! I was given paracetamol and some stronger painkillers to take if needed, I haven't taken the stronger ones. I woke up this morning and after sleeping well last night, my chest felt very heavy and sore when I woke up. I think it's worse after being laid down for a long period, but not painful enough to worry or take the stronger painkillers. I did feel anxious about how my breasts looked today (I'm a worrier!) I had only seen them from peeking under my compression bra, so really didn't know what to expect at this point. I emailed Dr Ashok and told him I was worried (we are in email contact regularly). He said that I should go to the mirror and have a look. So I nervously did and unclipped my compression bra wow! They are everything I wanted them to be, natural, beautiful, pert and all mine! I can't believe they belong to me! Dr Ashok really is a very special surgeon, he takes so much pride in his clients. I felt like he treated me as one of his family, he cares so much. I feel like a new woman today. I have more healing and I am yet to see the end result but I'm really looking forward to it.

Overall, I've had an incredible experience at Cleo Clinic. Great atmosphere, and the staff are welcoming and helpful. Dr Raimie is very reliable. Definitely a must visit.

Writing this review exactly 2 months after my double eyelid surgery at Glojas. Dr Ali is highly experienced and skilful in what he is doing. I’m very happy with how my double eyelids turn out. But what I’m truly grateful for is his easy-going personality and his patience in addressing all of my concerns during all of the follow-ups. Not forgetting my nurse in charge, Rhea, who try to make me feel as comfortable as possible during my visits, and replied to all of my messages so promptly. I would recommend this clinic to those interested in getting double eyelid surgery.

Even before I decided to become his patient Dr Onuma surprised me by personally contacting me by phone to respond to and discuss my original email query the day after receiving it. This type of personalised service continued throughout my time with him. Dr Onuma has always encouraged me to bring up any concerns I have and has been open and transparent with his responses. I have always felt heard and respected and never felt rushed during phone calls or in-person visits. Due to a long history of dismissive and negative experiences by other professionals in the area of women's health, I had avoided or otherwise tried to ignore the problems I had lived with for so long. I am so grateful I found Dr Onuma. To date, the treatments and services I have received from him and his Nurse have been welcoming, supportive and successful and I look forward to returning for further treatment and surgery when I am able.
