Much of who we are, what we are and how we deal with our day to day lives is hidden from our conscious mind or everyday awareness and we build defence mechanisms in order to hide the things that we find most difficult to cope with.
Psychotherapy treats the whole person and can help you to explore present circumstances that you are finding difficult, experiences from the past that you are finding hard to come to terms with and future events that you may be worried about.
Psychotherapy helps to validate you as a person, your feelings, your behaviour, helps you to make sense of emotions that may be controlling you and the experiences that trigger them.
During the process your self-esteem and confidence will flourish helping you to reach your full potential.
