She helped me out during my mental breakdown extravaganza last quarter of 2018. I came to her with a cocktail of insomnia, depression, substance dependence and good old fashioned anxiety. She has an air about her that exudes care and understanding. I never felt judged nor afraid to disagree, nor shameful in saying "I don't understand." Quite smart too as during my session, we were able to discuss Philosophy and Theories in Psychology (this is how I related to her) and now I feel loads better. I am now better in handling the emotions without feeling the need to self-destruct.
