Diamante my therapist was very pleasant, but at the same time asked me difficult questions. She probed deep into my past, and got me to express feelings that I hadn’t done with anyone before. Overall every session with her was good for me The only drawback for me is that I live over 100 miles from the clinic and I can only get an appointment on Saturday. A midweek appointment would be much easier for me.

I have been seeing Renata for a number of months now for virtual therapy sessions for Anxiety and a rare form of OCD, I had seen a different therapist before I saw Renata however I was not making progress as ultimately I felt they did not fully understand my particular struggles with Anxiety/OCD. I immediately felt comfortable speaking to Renata, she is a very kind, compassionate and knowledgeable therapist who got to the root of my issues, we also began looking at other areas of my life that needed improvement. Solving Mental Health struggles can be like putting together a jigsaw, It takes time and consistency to improve your mental health and there may be things that are bothering you that you are not even conscious of but Renata was very intuitive and I felt she really understood my specific issues. From being at a point earlier in the year where I could not sleep and felt I was on the brink of falling apart my anxiety has significantly decreased and also my confidence in other areas of my life has greatly improved, Renata really got to work on my self-esteem and lack of confidence issues that bothered me for some time, I feel a significant improvement in these areas. If you are struggling with your mental health I cannot recommend a better therapist than Renata, her knowledge is vast, her kindness and compassion are sincere and genuine, she has really helped me and I am very thankful for that.

Working in Dublin 2, Brenda is a fully qualified Accredited (MIAHIP)and (MIACP)  Integrative Psychotherapist with an additional qualification in CBT, Couples Counselling, and Addiction Studies. Brenda also has a Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Supervision awarded by Trinity College Dublin. She offers Group supervision online and individual supervision in person or online. She is an  IACP registered supervisor. Services offered include Integrative Psychotherapy, CBT, Couples Counselling and Group Sessions for Anxiiety related disorders. Student CBT therapist places offer lower cost therapy options. Online sessions available for regular integrative therapy and CBT sessions. Working with adults individually and with couples and offer therapy in a private, non-judgemental environment which can be appropriate to many of the challenges and issues encountered in life.  The initial intake appointment will be a chance for the client to ensure that they understand what to expect from therapy and to meet Brenda.
