My partner and I attended two other couples therapists while looking to improve our relationship. After they who didn't quite meet our needs, we found Liz, who has been excellent. I contacted Marcello in March 2018 because I was dealing with a strong fear of flying and I was avoiding to take aeroplanes for 1 year (during which I worked with other professionals with no success). Four months after I started to fly again, and I took 5 flights before the end of the year. We worked a lot on the connections between fear and my life so that I learned a lot about how to manage myself in many difficult situations. I believe that Marcello has great talent as a psychotherapist. I liked a lot the fact that his approach is oriented to achieving practical results and changing everyday life for the better. I was in a dark place and needed to talk to someone. Always feeling negative as if something bad was going to happen. Bernie helped me get out of that place and helped me see that it was stuff that had happened in my past which was affecting me over my life. She is kind, genuine and thought-provoking. I now feel more positive and hopeful about my life.

My daughter has just finished a 12-week course of play therapy with Eva and I would rate both the clinic and Eva 5 stars. The clinic is spotlessly clean, with all covid precautions in place, lots of toys and activities available in a bright well thought out environment. Eva the therapist was excellent. From start to finish she talked us through the process and was available to discuss any concerns or questions we had. My daughter made fantastic progress and she achieved all of the goals we had originally set out with the therapist at the planning meeting. I cannot speak highly enough of Eva and all of the tools she has equipped my child with.
