I am trained in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy which means I do not follow one particular discipline or school of thought. Rather than a 'one size fits all' approach I find it more beneficial to integrate a range of different theories and techniques based on the individual client's needs. These include but are not limited to Humanistic Counselling, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness-based Therapy, Gestalt therapy and Psychodynamic theory.

Εργάστηκα στο Σύνδεσμο για την Πρόληψη και Αντιμετώπιση της Βίας στην Οικογένεια ως Λειτουργός του Χώρου Φιλοξενίας θυμάτων ενδοοικογενειακής βίας και στο Hope for Children ως Οικογενειακή Σύμβουλος, στο Σπίτι του Παιδιού, το οποίο διαχειρίζεται υποθέσεις σεξουαλικής κακοποίησης ανηλίκων. Εργάστηκα επίσης στον τομέα της Προληπτικής Εργασίας και Στήριξης Οικογενειών με Ανήλικα στις Υπηρεσίες Κοινωνικής Ευημερίας. Στην παρούσα φάση εργάζομαι στο Συμβουλευτικο σταθμό Οδυσσέας, ο οποίος βρίσκεται κάτω από την ομπρέλα του ΚΕΝΘΕΑ και παρέχω υπηρεσίες αξιολόγησης και θεραπείας σε εξαρτημένα άτομα.
