I work at Chelsea FC and injured my back at home playing with my children. Whilst telling my colleagues about it at work, Carl overheard my conversation and instantly, and with genuine kindness, offered to take a look at it for me immediately and, if I had the time, he would take time out of his busy day to treat the injury. That is what you get from Carl - genuine empathy. After the treatment my back felt fantastic and, despite my worries of ongoing problems, his words of encouragement made me feel ok and he was right - my back has been fine since. Just completed 3 sessions for lower back pain & stiffness, was in the hands of ... May I say .... A very young but extremely professional guy Enda. From the moment I walked in the door I knew I was in good hands his way of explaining all the different things that can cause back pain was an eye-opener. I received laser treatment....Decompression treatment plus hands on physiotherapy plus was given certain stretches & movements to do at home. I can honestly say... Hand on heart, from the first session, I could feel a difference and freedom of movement in my lower back that I haven't felt in a long long time. This review is from the point of view of someone who drives the patient, my sister, and waits for her in the waiting room. The staff at reception are very warm, and welcoming and make me feel comfortable. My sister's chiropractor, Sarah, is obviously very good as the difference in my sister's mobility and level of pain is very apparent and is a great relief to see.

I have never seen a chiropractor before, so wasn't sure what to expect. I had sacroiliac joint problems & low back pain. After my first visit & a couple of days following instructions re stretches, ice packs & rest, the joint pain has GONE! Wonderful treatment, very professional and friendly staff.
