Angela is very welcoming and a good listener. She makes me feel at ease and explains everything clearly. The session really allowed me the time and space to learn about my problem and how to fix it with some massage treatment and at-home exercises. I definitely felt her attention to detail and to me as an individual and I don't get any sense of being asked back for further in-house treatment where unnecessary.

I attended the clinic months following a fractured T12 and the diagnosis of osteoporosis. Mahdi was very professional at all times. Listened with interest to my concerns/questions and provided me with constructive advice. I had deep tissue massage combined with? electronic massage, ultrasound and exercises to increase flexibility and quality of life. The exercises were not only advised but demonstrated by Mahdi and thereafter I performed the exercises to ensure I knew how to do them effectively. I have been having issues with my lower back for a few months and as it is hard to get into a doctor and then wait for physio, so I decided to have a sports massage. Beth got to the issue and told me what the issue is. As it is an ongoing issue I will need a few treatments. Willing to pay the price to hopefully treat the issue. Special mention to Beth, who puts you at ease and is great at what she does.

I had lower back pain for years and I do driving for a living. I went for a medical check up for this particular problem to one of the hospitals in istanbul. During my stay in the city I did a bit of research for lower back pain clinic and I found goldenarm healthy living. I met Dr Mangan who is very professional in his chiropractic clinic. I told him in detail what my problem was and straight after he put me on a blank and did some genius technic to relieve my neck, spine and lower abdomen. It was a very helpful treatment although is not a complete cure for my problem. He then give me further advice on how to best manage my lower back pain and he was keen to even look at my MRI scan but I had bad flu so I stayed away. Overall good clinic with honest approaches. My session lasted less than half an hour.

It’s a fantastic professional place I came with pain in the lower back hip and ankle. I did 3 sessions they fixed me better than any hospital I’ve been to. The doctor is so good and gentle The physiotherapists are so so so very good.

This is an incredible physiotherapy clinic! Elle helped me get back to running quicker than anyone has managed before following my runner's knee injury. I would 100% recommend it.
