I had severe pain behind my right knee. I had a thorough examination of the knee, massage and ultrasound. The problem with my knee was identified quite quickly after good questions were asked. I was also shown various exercises to assist in my recovery. I chose the clinic as it’s close to where I live. I received a couple of phone calls prior to my attendance and various forms to read online so as to minimise my time in the reception area. The receptionist was extremely polite and helpful. Adam Chamberlain was the gentleman who I saw and found him to be polite, thorough and extremely professional throughout. I would recommend anyone who is suffering from injuries to give serious thought to utilising the service from Dpines.

I was referred to Nikos for my physio after 20 years of shoulder problems and 3 shoulder operations. My subsequent recovery at the 6-week point is well ahead of the surgeon's expectations (circa 2 weeks) This is down to the specific treatments carried out by Nicos and the schedule to follow between sessions at home. The online platform provided is excellent and has videos of the exercises as a good reminder of the techniques required. The clinic is well organised and efficient with regard to bookings and treatments. More sessions to go but it’s going in the right direction !!
After suffering debilitating dizziness for some months and following vestibular function tests at PinDrop I was referred to Nikos for vestibular rehabilitation physio. I attended 4 sessions with Nikos and followed his intensive exercise regimes over 2 months. Recovery was slow and quite debilitating but thanks to Nikos encouragement I persevered and am fully recovered, Thank you, Nikos.
I cannot recommend Kristina enough. She has done wonders for me, from Physio to actually teaching me to stand, sit, and walk. I honestly owe her quite a bit. Her advice has helped me to manage chronic low back pain and come out on the other side and her treatment has helped me immensely. When the NHS physio sent me home saying I had 80% of shoulder movement and this was fine, in one session Kristina restored movement to almost normal. I have referred several people to her and they have all said the same, magic hands, great personality and professionalism.
Pain free after one session. Over the years I have been to numerous physios for lower back problems due to the nature of my sport (waveski surfing). I have been surfing competitively for over 35 years and at at age of 56 I was thinking of stopping due to severe ache. A very thorough examination and some pulling and pushing I walked out pain free. I was in absolute agony with my neck and the pain ran up the back of my head and down to my shoulders. I had been like this for several weeks and tried to get treatment through my own doctor but then my niece recommended Marek. He was actually on holiday when I phoned him but thankfully, he still took the call and arranged an appointment. He was such a pleasant guy, very professional, caring and sorted my problem out over a couple of visits. I would definitely recommend him.
