I was happy with the treatment offered to me it was my first appointment so am very hopeful that the treatment I received will help with my pain

I first met Justine a few weeks ago after trapping a nerve in my lower back, this caused me great pain which leads to making my foot numb. I have attended 3 sessions and feel better than I have in years. Justine listened and treated my back/foot problem, I am now walking without the constant fear of tripping over. Thank you, Justine, I would have no hesitation in recommending you, in fact, I already have!

I tried acupuncture for a recent back spasm. Vicki Evans was great, checking in with me each time a needle was inserted. Initial reaction to treatment has been positive, back has eased somewhat.

Very prompt and convenient appointment. Thorough diagnosis of foot pain which made perfect sense. Half an hour of massage and manipulation which eased and loosened the joint. Recommended arch supports and suggested a follow-up appointment in a week.

Angela is very welcoming and a good listener. She makes me feel at ease and explains everything clearly. The session really allowed me the time and space to learn about my problem and how to fix it with some massage treatment and at-home exercises. I definitely felt her attention to detail and to me as an individual and I don't get any sense of being asked back for further in-house treatment where unnecessary.

I have been using Physio Care following a total knee replacement operation, the quality of the service has been exceptional. I was given a personalised treatment plan designed to help my recovery and my progress has been carefully monitored. I would highly recommend them and will definitely be back if needed in the future.

I was in terrible pain with my shoulder muscle on my right side and saw a lovely lady called Laura. She was absolutely exceptional and just after one visit I can’t tell you the difference. I feel so happy that I went to them after being recommended to them I rang them only today at 2 pm and by 5.30 they had a cancellation and saw me. Already I can start to feel the benefit of Laura's work. Thank you so much I think I might actually sleep tonight after two nights without sleep, AMAZING SERVICE.

Having had severe shoulder pain. Doctor prescribed medication and rest..but the pain didn’t get any better. After 7 days decided to try a Chiropractor. Booked in with Emma. First consultation they take a medical history, and first treatment. Second treatment a week later, and I noticed some improvement. She did adjustments to my spine, hips and massage to my shoulder and laser therapy. Will continue, as I feel safe in her hands.
