The treatments I receive are always faultless and always help me to achieve my goals from healing minor injuries to loosening off my body after my intensive weight training. Highly recommended! I have had pain in my right shoulder for 2 years now and just moved into the area and read some good reports about this company so decided to give them a Go. Had to wait about two weeks to get an appointment due to needing a slightly longer appointment as it was my first time with them had an appointment with Dominic and was impressed with his care towards me so he found the problem straight away and worked on the spot for most of the time of my appointment came out feeling that I had been battered ( but I was expecting that ) So next day it felt a lot better but sore I left it on for 4 days and I have so much more movement impressed lot more movement and less pain, I will need to go back for one more treatment to get rid of the problem once and for all ( but Roman was not built in a day) so the upshot of this is they have one more regular custom. Yes, I would recommend them, I already have.

Emma is a warm and friendly person and a very knowledgeable and professional physiotherapist with an excellent knowledge of physiology. I have been to her now for many years for my various issue including tennis elbow, lower back pain, and recently a knee problem. Each time she assesses my problem carefully and implements treatment with recommended exercises. I've attended other physiotherapists and have not found any to be as good as Emma. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Chris has a very professional and relaxed delivery of excellent service, keeping you informed throughout the sessions of any procedures he carries out and fully explains the benefits of any exercise he recommends for you to do. Would highly recommend.

I have been to see Anne on a number of occasions following a friend's recommendation 2 years ago. Each visit is required as a result of some heavy lifting which has caused back pain and stiffness. Every time Anne manages to restore the supple feeling in my spine. What a great tonic.

On 8th April 2024, when I arrived at the Bearsden Chiropractic Clinic, I could barely function. I couldn't sit, stand, walk, sleep or think. Neuropathic pain from pressure on the sciatic nerve has to be experienced even to be imaginable. It is wholly disabling and wholly dementing. I was assigned to Dr Sarah Donnelly who, by 1st June, had progressively returned me to a normality I didn't think I'd ever recover. She has been forensically accurate and comprehensive in her treatment, adding tissue manipulation and exercises to her adjustments, with stretching still to come. I'm not new to chiropractic. It has long been my successful go-to as a highly specialist and forensically accurate treatment for trouble in my neck, my lower back, my wrist and latterly for the excruciating pain from pressure on my sciatic nerve caused by putting my sacrum out. I have previously used the Wight Chiropractic Clinic at Roseburn in Edinburgh [now closed] and the Wight Chiropractic Clinic at Torphichen Place at Haymarket in Edinburgh, run by Dr George Haig. My experiences at both could not have been more successful. [I have also been to a clinic in another city to which I simply did nor return after my first visit, as safety-first says one should always act on a personal sense of recoil or alarm. Common sense says that, just as there are some dodgy GPs and surgeons, there are bound to be some dodgy chiropractors. The Bearsden Clinic is efficient, bright, warm and friendly with reception staff who make everyone's day. It is available during long hours in an extended working week. They will always make sure you get seen in an emergency. Dr Donnelly has been a delight - with precise and evidence-based identification of the sources of problems and a skilled and wide-ranging menu of approaches to getting one mobile again. My GPs - and the NHS as a matter of practice - offer only medications, often opiods and often a permanent feature of your life from then on. This does not even attempt to approach the cause of the disability and/or the pain.

I have been using Physioflex for some time now and because of this, I am feeling optimistic that I will be able to continue my work as a gardener for longer even though I am well past retirement age. I find them to be really good communicators, informative, helpful and friendly. I have serious back and hip issues and it is very important to me to be kept as physically fit as possible with good, consistent physio, exercise and advice. This is exactly what I get at Physioflex. I have a first-rate physio in Majka and she has done wonders for me. The exercises and massage are just right for me and I intend to continue going even if my pain levels subside.
