All forms of painful musculoskeletal conditions are treated by our experienced registered osteopaths at our clinic located at West Norwood in London. Referrals are accepted from local GP practices and hospitals at the clinic, but patients do not need a referral. Patients of all ages are treated at this clinic. A detailed initial assessment is conducted and a treatment plan formulated. The osteopath also provides exercise prescriptions and lifestyle advice to supplement osteopathic treatments. Conditions treated include joint and muscle pains and stiffness, repetitive strain injuries, birth trauma, whiplash, and chronic health conditions.  The clinic accepts some health insurers but please check in advance. We require all payments to be made upfront and we will provide you with a receipted invoice so hat you can claim the cost from your insurer.
Osteopath Consultation $76 - $83
The first appointment last 1hr and costs £63 Subsequent appointments 30 - 40 mins £40 Babies and children under 17 yrs - £35. Subsequent appointments 30mins - £25.  Concessions are available for OAPs, Unemployed and NHS employees. Please contact us for more information.

Selby Osteopathic Practice is run by James Harvey, who also runs a successful practice with Steven Ojari in Sheffield. The practice consists of a team of highly experienced practitioners and we offer a caring and professional service to all our patients. We aim to provide a friendly and relaxed environment ensuring patients feel at ease during their treatments.  The move to our new bright and spacious premises in December last year provided extra treatment space and facilities to offer back rehabilitation classes and Modern Pilates Courses in the Studio. The 4 Osteopaths currently working at the clinic were joined by a team of local health care practitioners allowing the clinic to provide additional therapies including Acupuncture, Homeopathy, Sports Massage and Hypnotherapy creating a large multidisciplinary practice. The advantages of creating a large multidisciplinary clinic is so practitioners can find the most appropriate solution to  patients problems via the disciplines on offer at the clinic or if needed through the trusted network of clinicians we work with in the surrounding area, this includes local GP’s, Orthopedic consultants and other like minded complimentary health care practitioners.

I found Nick Birch understood my problem from the start of the appointment, having had a conversation with me beforehand. He took note of the way I was moving and explained the causes, did a thorough bone density scan and gave me a run-down on the meanings of the various measurements on the diagrams. He told me that the way forward would be to have exercises and stretches and as I had been to Sarah on previous occasions to have further physio appointments with her. Later the same day he followed up with a letter to me confirming his analysis and recommended treatment and letting me know the letter would also go to other parties involved, including my GP. I was very heartened by my visit which has given me renewed determination to do my part in improving my condition.
