I recently had the pleasure of working with Joseph as my patient representative at the hospital, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Joseph was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable and well-informed throughout my stay. He answered all of my questions and made sure that I was aware of all my options. Joseph made me feel like I was in good hands, and I really appreciated his kindness and compassion. I have been to Dr Ashraf for many years and he is always very friendly yet professional. His surgery is extremely clean and I’ve only ever had positive experiences. His receptionist is extremely lovely and accommodating.

I had treatment for a Basel Cell Carsinoma at the end of last year...this was quite an involved procedure due to where it was on my nose and also required a skin graft. I felt so confident and totally reassured by Helen. She did an absolutely wonderful job. If I had any problems I knew she would be there to help me. The whole team were so friendly and made me feel so comfortable especially been as we were in the middle of a pandemic...I always felt that every precaution was taken to keep everyone safe. Thank you all for your excellent treatment and a very good outcome. I thoroughly recommend it.

Km Surical are first class. I had rhinophyma, when Ken and his nurses finished, to say I was over the moon does not cut it. My nose was "perfect" I said I looked like Brad Pitt (well nearly😃😃) The procedure was painless laser treatment. The service was impeccable, the staff extremely professional and great sense of humour. Money very well spent, I thank the team very much!
