I recently had the pleasure of working with Joseph as my patient representative at the hospital, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Joseph was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable and well-informed throughout my stay. The doctor was amazing and very kind. Amid the language barrier she ensure I was given a the opportunity to speak with an interpreter. Hospital was amazing and staff was very efficient and helpful. Person centre care was the core of the care delivered.

I had the best treatment and I will recommend it 100%. I have received the best care when I was at the hospital. The surgeon and the hospital team were very friendly, they were looking after me and checking on me at all times. The procedure went very well I did not have any pain post-op. Overall I’m very satisfied with the results.

My grandmother had a Laparoscopic surgery for her Hernia at Nightingale and the whole experience from beginning to end was great and smooth. The hospital was clean and the doctors were very friendly and patient (even with my grandmother who spoke very little English). They made sure to explain everything as clearly as possible and even used Google Translate to ensure she understood every step of the way. The surgery also went well and she was discharged within 5 days - she has been recovering well since. A special shout-out to Alisher who guided us through the whole process and answered every single one of my many questions, whilst also visiting the ward and checking in on us everyday to ensure everything was going as smoothly as possible.
