I trained over 5 years at the College of Naturopathic Medicine, graduating in Naturopathic and Herbal Medicine, including training in anatomy and physiology, pathology, clinical skills, and pharmacology and am a member of the Association of Master Herbalists.  I am constantly updating my skills with new courses and combine many different treatment modalities in order to provide the best combination for each patient. This can include Herbs, Nutrition, Detoxification, Bach Flower Remedies, Ear Acupuncture, Iridology, Massage Therapy, Reiki and Yoga Therapy. This multidisciplinary practice located in the heart of Chester has six experienced and chartered physiotherapists, one expert chartered occupational therapists and a sports massage specialist. An initial assessment and physical examination is conducted at first and the problem of the patient is accurately diagnosed. Referrals are provided if greater accuracy in assessment through ultrasound scans or MRIs are requires. Treatments provided include manipulation, mobilization of soft tissues, Pilates, stretches, electrotherapy, exercise therapy and acupuncture.

Conventional, complementary and traditional medicine are integrated at this London medical centre to provide the best healthcare available for patients.
