Initial consultation free, thorough collaborative chat and felt very at ease throughout. Had deep tissue laser therapy for post fusion surgery. Everything explained in terms I understood and even insightful. Scheduled plan (package deal of 6 sessions was very affordable comparing on google Dublin) flexible appointments & app: reminders. Excellent outcome for me (decrease in pain, mobility loosening). Have other longstanding issues that would benefit from John's input.John kinda gives you insight into the psychology/physical/pain perception /science of injury/issues (also with links) just helps to understand my own history with back problems. I felt very comfortable, confident and motivated as the treatment went on. He genuinely was interested in my well-being, encouraging me. I never felt rushed. He's funny and caring at the same time. I most definitely will go back with a separate issue.

I have had an intense pain in my shoulder for 5 weeks. My GP just gave me naproxen and I also tried a physiotherapist (5 sessions) who told me to do some stretching which obviously didn't solve the issue. On each occasion, David’s treatment linked with a series of exercises has been superb and has got me back to better than normal in no time at all.

She prescribed and procured orthotics and recommended stretching exercises. Colette is truly professional and very good value. She was recommended by a friend who had benefited from her treatment for same condition. And I am well on the road to recovery

For someone who self-adjusts several times a day without relief as I caused hypermobility with some of my vertebrates and immobility in others. Alison popped my back and neck after I had stopped resistance through anxiety. I feel brand new after it and only need a few more adjustments and I'll be right.
