From the get-go, the communication and response time was great. I was fully informed of the procedure and costs. Transfers were provided and the driver was courteous and friendly. The patient coordinator was knowledgeable. Dr Selim Guldiken was professional and also talked me through the procedure of having pan optic lenses step by step. The aftercare after each surgery was second to none. I would not hesitate to recommend having this procedure done.

I had my laser eye surgery with Risus Clinic, and I am happy with the service and treatment. I think coming from the UK, I expected more testing and more information than I was given, but the treatment went well.

Just back home from Prague. I had livelong astigmatism and had recently developed cataracts. I was afraid of not being able to drive so after considering a few quotes I settled for Refrakcni Centrum. I m amazed that I did because I would say it easily has to be among the top clinics for eye surgery. Dr Novak is nothing short of a magician and the care team is second to none. I wasn't anxious or nervous but I didn't expect it to be so comfortable. Absolutely pain free. The cost was less than a third of what I would have paid here in Scotland. So if you have such eye problems and are considering surgery contact this clinic. They are superb as are the results. Couldn't wish for better.

It is a year since I got my eyes Laser-treated by Dr Relan, assisted by Dr Krishna. I am grateful to them for their friendly treatment. It was a painless procedure. My eyesight has been excellent. Staff, over there are caring. I recommend anyone who wishes to improve his/her eyesight. This clinic is worth visiting.

My stay at Hotel was excellent. Pick up for consultation and service at clinics excellent. Dr.Bahadir was thorough and extensive Surgery performed with minimal pain. After new lense fitted eye sight and vision improved 100 percent. Follow up with Dr Bahadir before leave Antalya was excellent. I have toiled with the idea of lens replacement surgery for the past few years. I attended a consultation at a clinic in Glasgow and was quoted £7000 but after reading a lot of poor reviews, I decided against it. I did my research on lens replacement surgery in Antalya and was drawn to Dr Emir Dogan, and seeing as the reviews and price were so affordable, I made contact. The initial contact is through WhatsApp (the same goes for any work you'll get done in Turkey) which made me feel a bit uneasy at first but I knew I was in good hands from the minute I arrived in Antalya. Dr Dogan, appointed an English speaking colleague who drove me to and from the hospital and stayed with me to translate and ensure I was comfortable and understood everything. The hospital is immaculate and modern, I was given a lovely relaxing room to myself which I used pre and post-surgery. The staff were so attentive, one of the girls literally held my hand on my way surgery. Dr Dogan was amazing, I knew I was in good hands from the minute I met him. The surgery was painless and took around 20 minutes, he spoke me through the whole process and constantly reassured me and checked to make sure I was feeling ok throughout the procedure. I remember after the surgery, I stood up and he cleaned my eyes exactly the way you'd expect a caring family member to look after you. This small but attentive gesture made me feel safe. I returned to have my second eye done and the experience was exactly the same, the whole team are so nice. I would recommend Dr Dogan to anyone who is considering lens replacement surgery. My eyesight is pretty much perfect and I love life without my specs.

I contacted the hospital at night requesting a possible surgery the next day so I could still catch my flight the day after. The Doctor and his team were extremely organized, and very detailed and ensured I had a successful surgery. I was able to catch my flight the next day out of Istanbul without any medical issues. I was booked for a free eye check during my next visit to Istanbul to confirm that my eyes were in perfect condition. I adore this clinic! I recommend it 100 percent. I was unsure about getting trifocal lens replacement, as it is my eyes! I was actually getting dental work in Antalya and I had money left over. I had researched lots of eye hospitals in the area already. I had it narrowed down to about three places. Orbit was the most reasonably priced. But this did not mean anything, as Orbit was the best choice I could have made! It was a wonderful experience. I’m so glad I made my mind up to go for it and that Orbit was my choice. Burak is the coordinator in Orbit. A nicer man, you could not meet. Burak is absolutely lovely. I felt like he was an old friend. His English is great, so language is not an issue. He makes you feel very much at ease. I will never forget his kindness. The rest of the staff at Orbit are also so nice. It has a big family feel, as everyone gets on with each other. This is transmitted to the clients who use the service, as there is a very nice feeling. Absolutely not the least bit intimidating. My daughter was with me and Burak took her to the staff canteen and gave her lunch whilst I was getting my treatment. I thought that was lovely. The trifocal operation is nothing to worry about. I’m extremely nervous as a person but I did not need sedation. They put lots of drops in prior to your operation. You do not feel a thing. It’s an amazing operation. No smell, no pain, absolutely amazing. After the operation, you will not be able to look at lights, so remember dark glasses. Burak kindly arranges all your transport, back to your hotel. I went back not long after, armed with lots of eye drops. Next day back for first control and a few days later for the next one. About 10 days after, I feel brilliant! I can see so well. My distance is perfect and close up almost so - it a little bright sometimes but it’s getting less everyday. I just can’t believe how good this operation is. Please do not hesitate to get it, at this wonderful clinic. They have truly changed my life. Thank you 🙏
