Deep tissue massage 1 hour €80 I've never had a massage before and wasn't sure what to expect. I've had problems with my shoulder for years and my GP recommended therapeutic massage. Liz was absolutely brilliant, she put me at ease straight away and explained everything step by step. Would highly recommend, in fact, I've booked another appointment.
I have had facial reflexology, for the first time ever since I started visiting Bogusia at her practice. I always had an interest in the holistic approach to both the mind and body. Bogusia is a lovely happy person. She is so kind to deal with and is a true professional in all that she does. I find that since I have started with the facial reflexology my sleep, my energy and my stress levels are all improved. I will certainly be continuing throughout the year with my visits. I have been having issues with my lower back for a few months and as it is hard to get into a doctor and then wait for physio, so I decided to have a sports massage. Beth got to the issue and told me what the issue is. As it is an ongoing issue I will need a few treatments. Willing to pay the price to hopefully treat the issue. Special mention to Beth, who puts you at ease and is great at what she does.
