I was diagnosed with sciatica and was recommended The Lansdown Clinic from family and the service provided has been excellent. The sciatica was gone after 4 weeks and the I'm now on the second stage of treatment involving a chiropractor and a massage therapist to prevent a recurrence. This was presented as an option - there is no hard sell. My view is there is no point swimming halfway across the river, I need to go all the way across. I was recommended Swiss Physio by a friend and it's one of the best recommendations I've had. As a badminton player, I had trouble with my knees and wasn't able to run. The treatment room is impressive with lots of equipment and aides. Got treatment on the knees and legs and was informed that my posture was contributing to most of it. Angela gave me lots of exercises to do and videoed me doing them on my phone so I wouldn't forget what to do. Worked a treat and on going back to badminton I could move and run as if nothing had happened. She did such a good job I haven't needed to return but at the slightest sign of injury, I would not hesitate in returning. Mega value for money as it put me back on the court. I would recommend this clinic with no reservations.

Had a paraffin wax zenspa pedicure with Saeeda. So good I booked the same again the following week for my hands. My feet and hands were unbelievably smooth and soft afterwards, a really luxurious treatment.
