We offer Yoga classes as well for a small group of 3 to 4 people

I am registered member of Ayurvedic Practitioners Association UK.. I am fully qualified ayurveda practitioners. I have diploma in Ayurvedic Panchkarma therapy (Ayurvedic deep cleansing method) . I am so confident to apply those authentic skills for complete detox treatment to achieve the best results. And I am very pleased to say that people love the easy steps and simple lifestyle changes what I ask them to have after their full consultation when they come with lots of health related issues. 

I strongly believe that not every health issues need medical treatment. Most of them can be treated with the help of simple herbs, exercise and some detox routine. Basically living life in Ayurvedic way, takes away a lot of stress.
