Coffee enemas are an addition to the colon hydrotherapy treatment. They are used primarily for their stimulating properties when treating severe constipation but also during times of juice fasting or following a detox plan (bowel & liver detox). They are included in the packages  of 3/6/10 session

In effect the the consult starts with you completing the questionnaire and returning it to us ( by e mail attachment ) or bringing it with you to the first session. Also known as 'colon hydro therapy' or 'Colonics' Today’s way of living can overburden our colons and as a result the bodys'  waste product ( stools) isn’t managed as  efficiently as one would like. Over time waste, toxins and gases build up, contributing to a multitude of symptoms and conditions. There is a school of thought, derived from Ayurveda (the ancient Indian holistic health system) which hold that the colon will be prone to the effects of anxiety. In Ayurveda, bastis ( the ayurvedic term for enemas) could be indicated for people with anxiety (obviously based on a proper consultation). My experience with some folk with IBS is that anxiety may feature as a symptom, as can depression not clinical depression which is a clinical term) Drawing from that insight, Colon hydro- therapists do find that mood change is often found as appositive byproduct from colonics.  Evidence?
