Denise Wogan is a counselling psychotherapist and nutritionist based in County Louth passionate about holistic well-being. Originally from Tipp, my journey through managing chronic health conditions and motherhood burnout has profoundly shaped my professional approach. Through my own experiences, I realised that true wellness doesn’t come from chasing perfection but from understanding and managing life’s complexities with compassion and balance. Over the years, I’ve gained extensive qualifications in Counselling, Intuitive Eating, Breath Coaching, Life Coaching, and Eating Disorders Specialisms, including Binge and Emotional Eating. This diverse training allows me to offer a comprehensive, integrative approach to mental health, addressing emotional and physical well-being. I specialise in supporting clients who are dealing with anxiety, gut health issues, and emotional eating. My approach is flexible, drawing on my expertise to provide individualised care. I have completed a course in Anti natal care and reflexology in the anti natal period. I also lecture and train students in Reflexology to ITEC level.

The clinic was originally established by Noeleen McAteer in Letterkenny in 2010 before relocating to the picturesque town of Ramelton.  Noeleen has been in the field for over 15 years and has extensive experience and vast knowledge in the field of traditional Chinese medicine.  Acupuncture and Chinese herbs can help with many physical and emotional health issues with each treatment tailored to the individual's needs.  The clinic offers a welcoming, friendly and peaceful environment where great attention is paid to comfort and relaxation, making treatment a positive experience.  The clinic prides itself on providing a high-quality service staying up-to-date with breakthroughs in the field.  Noeleen has also focused at lot of extra study into the fields of fertility and pregnancy care and is a founder member of the Zita West Network of affiliated acupuncturists in reproductive health.
