From the consultation to the procedure, I cannot praise this clinic enough. Af, Dr Shuja and the technicians were phenomenal and I am so glad I picked this instead of going abroad. They do not charge per graft and were not too much more expensive than Turkey but not as expensive as the fancy Harley Street ones. Their price involves a package which included surgery and a year's supply of a Hormone Blocker. I did some consultations with Istanbul and realised how many more grafts they wanted to give me compared to BHC who look long term. The whole team were excellent - from consultation, communication and the surgery - they make you feel special and go out of their way. Both Af and Dr Shuja are so kind and almost become your friends throughout this process. They are so easy going yet professional and skilled. I literally had ZERO concerns throughout the day because I felt like I was in good hands and felt safe and always checked up on. I was very anxious and embarassed to seek help for my hair loss but I am so glad I did the free consultation and went through with the process. Not once did I feel pressured to go through with anything - I can truly tell this clinic isn't focused on being sales people but advise the best option for patients. The clinic is unassuming, almost hidden, from the outside but is clean and hygenic inside. Thank you to Af for looking after me and having excellent communication as first point of contact. I can not stress enough how fantastic this clinic is. When I came for a consultation I found it extremely informative and didn't feel pressured to go forward with any of the treatments and that certainly helped in making my decision to come here. I have been to other clinics and it felt more like a sales pitch than them trying to do what's best for me, this was not the case with Juvida. When I arrived at the clinic my doctor sat down with me and we discussed how my hairline should look to best suit my face shape. After this, I was taken through to the surgery where I was made to feel extremely comfortable (I even got to watch Netflix throughout most of my treatment). The doctor and the hair techs were so knowledgeable and caring, from the moment I met them I knew I was in safe hands and these people were professionals with plenty of experience. They reassured me throughout the day and that made it go so much easier for me. 12 months on and my hairline is through and I am so happy with the results. I couldn't have picked a better clinic to have my treatment at. If you're thinking of having a hair transplant I urge you to go to this clinic, you won't regret it!

I had a combination of hair strokes & powder mist to create my new eyebrows which were practically non-existent. Hina was great & made me feel at ease & discussed the process in detail with me. My brows make such a difference to my life & I just love them, the shape is fantastic & they actually look like I have hair.
