I was initially an Advanced Hair Studio customer and after receiving very poor treatment there I decided to give Optima a try- and thank god I did, as there customer service is second to non and I was made to feel very welcome, all I can say is if you are thinking of going somewhere for professional and friendly advice for hair loss, then look no further than Optima - you will not be disappointed.
