After a long process suffering from hair loss I decided to contact the Pure line team. Soon I was given the opportunity to have a call with an employee of the Pure line. I was really impressed by her professional performance on the phone, she managed to remove my concerns regarding the implementation of a hair transplant in a foreign country by answering my critical questions in highly convincing manner. After few days of considering I decided to my flight to Istanbul to have my surgery at the Pure line clinic. I was picked up at the airport after a short time of waiting and brought right to 5 star hotel, which was excellently equipped, the breakfast was really tasty. I was friendly welcomed by The Pure Line team in the next morning. I have been explained the whole organization on site with all its details and no questions was left blank, especially after the preliminary talk with Doctor where he demonstrated his high expertise I went with a relatively relaxed feeling to the surgery room. The surgery team was throughout the procedure very kind. I was able to ask for a break whenever I was in need to and was regularly asked if I feel pain but I was happy that no pain occurred. I could also eat lunch after s short break and every step regarding surgery, transfer and hotel accommodation went smoothly. In the end I was also glad that the clinic organised my transfer back to the airport on time for my return flight. I am looking forward for admiring my new hair situation in 12 months. I have no doubt about a positive result after that great service I could experience at the Pure Line Clinic.
