The most common relative contraindications for endoscopic sinus surgery are as follows: • Absence of specific osteomeatal complex abnormalities. • Oesteomyelitis involving the sinuses. • Frontal sinus disease with stenosed internal ostium. • Threatened intracranial and / or intracerebral complications. • Inaccessible lateral frontal sinus disease.
