Julie Silfverberg of Success Partners has been working in the health area since the seventies and more specifically with how your thinking influences you health since the early 1990's. She uses a range of psychological theories, methodologies and tools to make it easier for you to begin the process of change enabling you to have a life that is healthy, fulfilling and flourishing thus enabling you to be happy. 

Treating the body, calming the mind and lifting the soul of customers is the focus of the team at this Buddhism based healing and wellness centre located at White Street in Cork City, Ireland. The team consists of traditional Buddhist teachers who practice the Hanmi Esoteric system of Buddhism. The teachings and healing systems are not religious or denominational and patients who practice other religions are welcomed. Services include guided meditation classes, spiritual healing sessions including chanting, Mantric and self-healing techniques, mantra teaching, Mudra teaching and healing through visualization techniques.
