If you need help to improve your sleep or to keep your thinking clear of negative thoughts or maybe just to feel a little bit better about yourself then I can help. Caroline Crotty a Counsellor & Psychotherapist and I work on an individual basis with adults and teenagers at secondary school age and older.
I can help build your self-esteem, or perhaps to make a decision about where life is going to take you next if you feel that you are at a cross-roads. Therapy is a time for you to feel heard and you will not be judged for whatever you say - I offer a supportive and understanding environment in Suite 7, Block A South Terrace Medical Centre opposite the Breast Check clinic on South Terrace in Cork city. I also provide online support via Zoom.
Talking therapies such as counselling and psychotherapy or psychology offer a confidential secure space in which to confront, change or channel feelings and emotions which can include confusion, grief, anger or depression etc.
I have worked for years with people in crisis due to family breakdown and I currently work in the community with people who have or who are experiencing mental health challenges.
