The clinic was nice👍👍 She had a welcome drink. The place is easy to come though is close to BTS Ploenchit. The service was super nice though, so friendly. And have a good service.

This is my second visit, and the experience has been amazing. Compared to the first time, the treatment results are significantly better. The staff are all very warm and friendly, and the doctors are very professional. An excellent experience, 100% recommended.

Dr Andrea Ooi is a super-skilled and professional surgeon. She is supported by such dedicated staff who have allowed me to have a very successful operation. During the appointment, it was determined no treatment was necessary because of my particular issue I need to wait until a future date to start treatment. The staff were very helpful but compared with clinics in other countries such as Thailand, Japan and Korea there is a particular difficulty that Chinese people have with English. I would say that in 99% of clinics that claim to have English-speaking staff, their English level is far below the standard I've experienced in other countries in Asia, and that appears to be the norm. This difference can severely hamper efforts to communicate effectively and negatively impact the service quality.
