Had a consultation session with the doctor. She was very informative and gave me a few options of treatment to choose from. I am grateful for that.

I have acne breakout from wearing facemasks since last year and even working from home, which I don't have to wear a face mask, my acne problem does not get better. I am supplied with antibiotic and cream and paid about RM500++ for the consultation and medicine. Few days passed no more new acne. Hope for the best!

I wanted to go for a chemical peel and one of my friends suggested Wai Clinic. The treatment wasn’t too costly and there were no additional charges. There’s been a marked improvement in my skin since the peel.

When I arrived at the clinic, I thought the environment was good and that it’s a suitable place to receive treatment. The highlight of my experience was the friendly doctor, who truly understood my needs. She did a really good, thorough job.

I had treatment for female pattern hair loss at Wai Clinic. I choose them because they responded to my enquires and they were not pushy. The clinic itself is a hole in the wall and considering the prices they charge should look more professional. The consultation was a bit dismissive as they could only offer me gels for the treatment - not worth their time i guess. But the treatment has started to work. Its more expensive than commercial treatments like Rogaine but it seems to be working. The good thing was i didn't need to go back for another consultation - i could just buy more gels online and they shipped it to me. Saved me the trip and the consultation costs.

I had 6 moles removed but only 5 seems to go? anyway, I will have a free followup treatment. The numbing cream work OK, I don't think the laser is too painful. I also bought a sunscreen, but it does not make my pimply skin react so that's good. They gave an antibiotic cream to use afterwards, please use them religiously.

It's very calm and nice, there's only one doctor so you have to wait a bit. She is a very nice doctor and can hold up a conversation well.

Nice and friendly environment. Dr. Wai is a kind and understanding person and will take her time in explaining the procedures to put my worries to rest. The treatment was smooth and the price for it was value for money.

I had a skin tag on my cheek that I wanted to remove which I have had since birth. It took a while because of the preparation of the treatment. The whole treatment cost me somewhere around Rm200 ringgit with a free follow-up! Amy is one of the best nurses' assistants I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with! So comforting, and reassuring, she and Dr. Wai made the whole procedure such a breeze. Just a reminder, for skin tag removals you will be required to wait a while for the numbing cream and jabs to take effect. Overall, really good job; two weeks down the line and everything is just perfect. Thank you, Dr. Wai and Amy!

The consultation was excellent and put my mind at ease over a few issues with my family. The doctor will continue to provide advice over email through photos while we are back in our country of work. She and her staff spoke excellent English, and I only wish her clinic was more accessible to the airport or KL. It was worth the detour to get there.
