I was nervous to have treatment on a large red area on the end of my nose - as it is in the middle of my face and I didn’t know Andy Tate or his Clinic. I did a lot of research to gain trust and went for it. I am very happy with the results! After a 2 week healing process, I now have my nose back with no red blood capillaries…. Magic! I am so pleased with the procedure done for removing 3 moles. The doctor and staff are very nice, patient, and professional. The prices are much better compared to other clinics and the visit for stitches removal is free. The histopathologic test result came fast as well, two weeks after the procedure. I would definitely recommend Dr. Hegazy.

I heard about Hidden Lines from a friend and was not disappointed and have had several treatments for frown lines and wrinkles, I have always found Suzanne to be professional but very approachable, and always willing to give advice.

I can highly recommend this clinic. Had a local anaesthetic and there was no pain at all, as the doctor added a 'buffer' to the injection. Shame the NHS can't do this. The staff are very friendly and the doctor was brilliant. Will definitely use it again if needed.

Had consultation re mole removal very pleasant doctor went through all options. No complaints

Mole removal on the side of my nose- £250. I found the clinic to be very clean and professional. Laura was clear and knowledgeable on the subject and discussed the procedure with me. We went ahead on the same day, it was no longer than 2 mins and the mole had been removed leaving a small sore. The sore is currently healing and has scabbed and my follow up appointment is in a couple of weeks. So far I am happy with the outcome and pleased I took the step.

My enquiry was answered promptly and I was offered an appointment the very next day. I was seen on time. The staff were pleasant and kind. The examination was thorough. Treatment (cryotherapy) was delivered efficiently (still a bit early to judge results but going well so far) and price was fair and reasonable. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend - in fact, I already have done - or to return for further consultation/treatment should that be necessary at any future time.

Removal of growth on forehead. Given the length of probable wait in the NHS, chose to go private. Got an initial appointment within a week, and procedure done 2 days later. Clinic was very impressive and welcoming, as was the doctor. The procedure was done quickly and competently

I booked an appointment to have a skin tag removed and was totally delighted with the service I was given. Treatment was done and over in 10 mins to a very high standard. Should I ever require any other treatments I’ll definitely go back there. Thank you to all the lovely staff.

I had cryotherapy for two prominent skin tags on my neck. The treatment was quick, with only minor stinging from the freezing. The clinic is small, neat and very clean. The receptionist and nurse were delightful. Although the treatment seemed expensive, it was worth it to me, and I would trust that it is fairly costed out given overheads, salaries, equipment, and rental. This type of treatment is no longer done on the NHS by one’s GP, and this clinic was easy for me to get to.

The staff is very courteous and polite and the environment very pleasant. The Doctor is amazing, she is really proud of what she does and the results of her happy customers. I went there to treat hyperpigmentation issues and she used her specialized machinery to measure the damage on my skin and how deep the hyperpigmentation was in different areas of the skin. She put together a customized treatment to treat each part. I am looking forward to going back for my second treatment.

Came across this clinic by chance on Facebook and I’m so glad I did! We spoke over the phone first and were really impressed with the questions etc asked. When I attended the clinic it was lovely and clean and the owners were super friendly. I felt completely at ease and felt I could ask questions etc. I had a facial done and was given some home skincare too. I also didn’t feel pressured into buying any products or booking any extra services. My face feels and looks a lot better and I feel more confident in myself. I have already booked for another Treatment and I can’t wait! So glad I found this place and definitely recommend!
