After many years of being a satisfied patient, a series of recent negative experiences has spoiled this. While I appreciate Dr Salimi's professional service, I was offended by the unempathetic way in which the practice Manager handled things when I encountered pain, discomfort and problems taking out a denture fixed by them. I also believe that an error was made by one of their dentists whom I underwent treatment with, not to mention the unsatisfactory service I received from her with the lack of communication and information. Not only did I not receive the apology I deserved, but the practice manager also prioritised defending her staff over caring about the patient's experiences.
