No one likes going to the dentist but one day we all have to for whatever reason. We have been customers of RL for many a year now after our old practice went fully private and have to say all the staff make your visit so welcoming and friendly. Yes, you may have to wait as all the dentists here take their time with you as being very precious and personal and you do not feel at all rushed, yes they have gone all private since this year but the transition to Denplan was made easier with their help. They are the best that we have ever had - well done to the Chards and RL for building such a great place to come.

I attend the surgery regularly for dental hygienists and check ups. My experience with both is outstanding and the surgery hygienist is so gentle but very efficient. Sadly I needed a dental extraction recently and from the procedure to the hygienist appointment after, the care was exemplary.

Had a consultation with Dr Harshini. A thorough explanation and options were given, highly recommended this practice!

Extremely happy with the treatment. Managed to book an appointment at short notice and treatment was completed the same day. The dentist kept me informed of what was been done throughout the treatment which kept me at ease. Good advice and I certainly will stay with this dental practice.

I was recommended to Harpal and his very professional team by another dentist. I have had very extensive work carried out over the past year, this would include bone grafts and numerous implants. I would like to thank all the members of the Elmfield practice, but a special mention to Josie, Chiv and of course Harpal they have all contributed to making my surgeries and treatments that much easier and the results thus far have been exceptional. I have always been scared of the dentist due to previous experiences. I joined the practice several years ago and I can honestly say I have found my Dentist. I explained my fears and she listened. I had an appointment today with Dr Pooja Pandhey. She knows I am very weary but somehow she makes me feel at ease. So comfortable so relaxed. She takes the time to explain and is patient as I get overwhelmed sometimes. Best dentist I have ever had, and would highly recommend Dr Pandhey and the team at Sweetcroft for their excellent care and customer services. I can honestly say I do not dread my routine appointments anymore. Also I think the renovation and the new decoration in the surgery looks great.

My Orthodontist Dr Neil Patel is quite impressive. I have had complex treatment that lasted from April 2019 to November 2021. I am delighted with the results - genius work. I must also mention how pleasant he and his dental nurses are and this went a long way in helping me cope with my treatment. I have now referred my son Michael to him who needs to have his previous orthodontist treatment with a different practice reviewed to deal with current circumstances. Many thanks Neil - you are a Shining Star. I am grateful indeed.

The first time visiting, made me feel very comfortable, awesomely polite. Would definitely recommend.
