I have always been totally satisfied with the Dental services at this Practice. staff on the front desk have always been very friendly and welcoming. There is always a good vibe in the waiting room with clients often just engaging in relaxed conversations. It does not have a fish tank! but it is a very calm relaxed environment. Most people seem to actually enjoy coming to this Dental practice. I certainly do!. The dentist has been our family Dentist throughout this time. He has given excellent, Client -focused, professional service and we are all happy with the way he has used his incredible Skills as a Dentist to help us maintain nice looking healthy teeth. He is a skilled professional with excellent interpersonal skills. Lovely man, positive disposition. Treatment Plans are developed with full patient involvement. Treatments represent good value for money. I recently had a procedure to straighten my front teeth; which had become slightly misaligned. I am so pleased with the results. I have attended this practice for several years. My dentist is Nadia and her nurse is Louise. Their professionalism, expertise, knowledge and friendliness dispel any concern regarding treatments such as crowns, the dreaded fillings or repairs that may be required, and all of which I have had at one time or another, alas. Nadia and Louise work as a great team at this practice.
I am new to the area and came upon this practice as I needed some expert work done, I was amazed at the gentle, pain-free and successful treatment I received, Exactly the same experience with the hygienist, I then had an emergency requirement, this time a different dentist looked after me , again gentle pain free care and attention. I am 75 and have never experienced such care, indeed I used to be scared stiff of having to go to the dentist, not any more!!!
