I have had extremely excellent customer service from the Andrew House Dental team.

Firstly they swag into action for an emergency situation I found myself in, and was expertly cared for by DR Alison Walsh and the team.

I have returned twice since then, on this occasion for another procedure conducted by DR Walsh with fantastic results.

DR Walsh has an extremely caring manner and constantly checks that you are comfortable and OK, throughout your treatment.

All the Dental nurses, I have met thus far, are also very friendly, professional and sensitive to the patient's needs.

I have had nothing but first class treatment from this dental practice, from the friendly welcoming reception team, through to the after care service.

I was extremely nervous about having an old porcelain filling removed and replaced, but Iram talked me through the process and asked how she could help make the experience less nerve-wracking. In the end, I almost fell asleep during the 45-minute appointment! Thank you so much, Iram.

I had broken a tooth and booked an emergency appointment. I am a very nervous patient, and when I arrived for my appointment, Iram put me at ease straight away. During the treatment, Iram explained exactly what was happening and fixed my tooth until I am able to return for further treatment. Overall the care, advice and treatment I received was excellent. I am new to the area and came upon this practice as I needed some expert work done, I was amazed at the gentle, pain-free and successful treatment I received, Exactly the same experience with the hygienist, I then had an emergency requirement, this time a different dentist looked after me , again gentle pain free care and attention. I am 75 and have never experienced such care, indeed I used to be scared stiff of having to go to the dentist, not any more!!!

Another great treatment from Andrew House dental practice, this time with the hygienist. Julia is knowledgeable, skilled, professional and human! Treatment was gentle and thorough and I can’t recommend this practice highly enough.

I am a nervous patient so am unable to give 5 stars! I must say that since joining this Practice in January I have been pleasantly surprised. The Hygiene routine I have been given has much improved the condition of my teeth and gums.

Had my first treatment yesterday, replacing a 45-year-old filling and I was anxious, and worried all week. I was treated sensitively throughout the procedure and whilst it was not pain-free it was better than I had anticipated.

I would really recommend Andrew House for anyone who dreads going to Dentist.

I have been associated with this Practice since the 1950s.

My recent dental treatment was part of a routine appointment, which also involved a clean and polish, together with two monitoring x-rays. The treatment was carried out in a caring and compassionate manner and the results of the x-rays clearly explained, further treatment not being required at this juncture.

Additional monitoring x-rays are scheduled as part of my next routine appointment in six months time and by so doing, I feel that my best interests are being considered as good oral care is an essential part of health.

Had to have an extraction. **Dr. Baptiste** the dentist was very gentle, explaining everything. Practice staff were excellent, and the appointments were quick. I would recommend this group.

I have had a fear of the Dentist since a horrible experience during my childhood and the few Dentists I have visited throughout adulthood have not changed my opinion until I visited Andrew's house.

I found from the moment I walked into the reception and spoke to the lovely ladies right through to meeting and chatting with the lovely female dentist my stress levels began to subside. I needed to have a back tooth removed and chose sedation. Everything was gently explained to me I did not feel rushed and felt that they genuinely cared and wanted to help.

I felt I could trust them and they proved me right. Because of my neglect of my teeth, I will need further treatment as some stage and I’m not going to say I won’t hesitate to make my next appointment because my fear runs deep but for me to even be thinking of my next appointment is really quite something. First impressions a friendly, relaxed and trustworthy Dental practice who I would not hesitate to recommend.

Preparation for a dental implant: Great treatment with no pain, all so clearly explained and such sensitive and thoughtful handling. I am quite delighted. We've been patients since 1990, and always 1st class treatment and great value for money.
