I had to fill in a form at the reception because of COVID-19. I had the appointment having paid £25 just to have a gold crown stuck back in the place that had come off. It seems a lot to pay just to stick back a crown which I think I could have done myself buying the glue off the internet. However, a week later it is still painful beneath the crown.
