I recieved excellent treatment with Doctor Shrestha and his team of staff. My implant had fractured and it was a very tricky process in order to remove the whole implant. I felt in extremely safe hands as Doctor Shrestha talked me through the whole procedure so thoroughly. He is also such a lovely charming man and brillant at what he does. I have always been scared of the dentist due to previous experiences. I joined the practice several years ago and I can honestly say I have found my Dentist. I explained my fears and she listened. I had an appointment today with Dr Pooja Pandhey. She knows I am very weary but somehow she makes me feel at ease. So comfortable so relaxed. She takes the time to explain and is patient as I get overwhelmed sometimes. Best dentist I have ever had, and would highly recommend Dr Pandhey and the team at Sweetcroft for their excellent care and customer services. I can honestly say I do not dread my routine appointments anymore. Also I think the renovation and the new decoration in the surgery looks great.
My Orthodontist Dr Neil Patel is quite impressive. I have had complex treatment that lasted from April 2019 to November 2021. I am delighted with the results - genius work. I must also mention how pleasant he and his dental nurses are and this went a long way in helping me cope with my treatment. I have now referred my son Michael to him who needs to have his previous orthodontist treatment with a different practice reviewed to deal with current circumstances. I broke a tooth and telephoned for an appointment. The staff on the desk were very helpful and efficient. Despite me saying the tooth was not painful, I was given an appointment for the following day. I assumed this appointment would be to check what work was required, leading to further appointment(s) to complete the repair. However, the dentist said that a new filling was required and, due to luck with the schedule, they were able to do the filling straight away. The filling was completed efficiently and painlessly. I was very impressed with the whole procedure.
