Dr Nikhil always puts you at ease and is very gentle. He explains before and after all you need to know. Along side Raya the appointment goes smoothly.

I have been receiving treatment for a number of years at Cape Rd Dental Practice including a couple of painless extractions by Anna and regular hygiene therapy by Danni - Stella and the ladies on reception and all of the staff make each visit relaxed and stress free. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for any kind of dental treatment.

Although I am 72 years of age I am still a very nervous patient, due to having horrific treatment as a child. Mike Edwards and indeed his nurse Carolyn are absolutely amazing, they put me at ease and reassure me. Explain what they are going to do and give me time. I’ve had extractions and recently had a new denture of which I’m delighted. I first started my journey for top and bottom implants back in April 2022 and finally finished in Oct 2023. I had many hurdles along the way but they were always swiftly taken care of by Mr Shakawi and his team of superb staff. I was always made to feel at ease, and was even given my dentist's personal number for any concerns or problems as I was an anxious patient. I have been a patient here for several years and have nothing but praise for everyone there. The reception staff are always helpful, professional and friendly, the hygienist - Charlotte Ciriaco - is knowledgeable, kind and efficient and Emma Hewitt is absolutely brilliant -gentle, informative and exceptionally skilled. Most recently needed a new filling; I was given an appointment on the same day I telephoned and Emma put in the new filling in just a few minutes, explaining all that she was doing and taking great care to make the process as comfortable as possible. I had a filling by Dr Rimmi Bhogal this week. Great service - calm, precise, a perfect job. A day on, I don't even know it's there. She has been my dentist for several years and is consistently excellent. The epitome of grace under pressure.

I've been a patient for a few years and have been very pleased with the various treatments (root canal/implants) I have needed during that time. Nina is an asset. Great premises and parking is a plus. Recent treatment was a checkup and 2 x-rays £85.

My son was referred to The Smile Suite by our dentist in Bristol as he requires both twin block treatment and full braces. I cannot express how grateful we are to the team at Smile Suite for explaining the treatment so carefully, particularly as my son is very nervous about the work he will be having. Dr Saini spent a great deal of time walking through each aspect of treatment and answering questions. Our treatment coordinator, Sam, was incredibly kind and patient when discussing financing options and other aspects of the work involved. She has made sure we're in full communication throughout the process and shown the utmost professionalism and care when dealing with us. I strongly recommend The Smile Suite for its truly wonderful customer service, they go above and beyond what is required to ensure the patient and parents are happy and fully informed.
