The first appointment, so no treatment yet, was very thorough and explained exactly what I needed as there’s a lot of work to be done. Have a treatment plan that will be carried out over around 6 months, seems reasonable as I’m private and not NHS and a lot to be done. Professional, courteous and nice staff.

Daniel and his staff are amazing. They made me feel welcome and are really understanding/supportive. I had awful teeth and was really anxious. I've been with Matthew B for more years than I care to remember! He's the consummate professional and a leading light at Rapport! Not only is he a vastly experienced dentist, but he also has wonderful awareness of patient needs with regards to coping with apprehension, fear of pain and general concern about invasive treatment. Matthew and his team have (between them) the expertise to handle all aspects of dental work, including extractions, repairs, hygiene (I use Anne!) and administration. I returned today to have treatment which has been outstanding since Covid-19 happened in March 2020. What a wonderful experience I encountered! Carol the receptionist was very attentive providing a mask, taking your temperature and oxygen levels before I saw Jacqui the Hygienist and team member. Then I had my dental treatment completed by Jignesh and team member, what a journey. The PPE that the team were wearing and the state of the art Sanitising equipment provided for the patients / dental team protection was out of this world. A fantastic journey well done to you all! See you another time.

Best dentist I have EVER been too. Whole staff are polite, patient, very kind and excellent at what they do. Nobody likes the dentist let’s be fair and I am quite honestly terrified of them but these people are amazing in every way and I am proud to say, my new go to dentist. Had to have an extraction and can honestly say I didn’t feel a thing and was in and out in no time. Wish I had found them years ago.

I went to this dental practice today and saw Dr Arlina and her assistant Jane, I had to have 2 extractions which I was very anxious about but Arlina and Jane were both very professional and kind in reassuring me. I received very good care and kindness and would recommend friends and family to go here. I have to return for more treatment but am not as scared or anxious about going now. I can’t thank you enough girls for how you treated me, also the reception staff were very nice and friendly too, thankyou xx

I want to take this opportunity to say a big big thank you to Dr P. Khaki and his most caring team . I am Old and had just suffered from facial palsy, I only have a few teeth left, my denture no longer can fit into my mouth …I went to Avalon to see Dr Khaki as always he put me at ease, explained to me the situation and will design another denture for me. I am less stressed now.
